Juliana was the best. She welcomed me and my mother with the biggest smile and gave us some amazing recommendations on what to have. My mother got the chocolate dipped strawberry waffle bowl and I got the peanut butter brownie blizzard and it was out of this world. Iwould recommend this dairy queen to anyone who's hasn't been there yet!!HIRE more Juliana's!!10/10 will return ?
Major props to the staff for their composure dealing with an unreasonable customer. This woman wanted a full refund for her burger because her daughter “didn’t like it.” I saw the burger, and it was made exactly the way it was supposed to be made. She didn’t ask for a new burger, just wanted a refund for a burger that was at least 25% eaten. The staff was very reasonable with her as she tried elevating the situation with her voice. My Blizzard was great too, so I’m happy that this is our new Dairy Queen moving forward. Hopefully we’ll be able to mobile order here in the future!

I ordered a blizzard with extra strawberry, but I didn't get what I paid for. I got the blizzard with no color, which I paid for.. and in top of that one little employee was so so rude, she wanted to resolve the situation by giving me extra strawberry on the side.... How I was supposed enjoy it, by dipping the spoon each and everytime?????? Oh, and the location nasty, duty silty.... THAT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME I GO THERE.

Went to DQ for dessert tonight. There were several customers when we arrived. There were three employees working. Most of the people were waiting for their ice creams. One of the employees brought a wrong order to a table and the people took the bag and left. The cashier yelled to the guy that he delivered to the wrong table. He said oh well….. We ordered two hot fudge sundaes. We waited twenty minutes for them to make our sundaes. Got mine all wrong. So we order once again. Hopefully these three employees were new and just learning. But they should not have been working together. It was THE BLIND LEADING THE BLIND… Terrible service and the counter needed a good cleaning !
