Went to get lunch with my daughter waited in line for 10 minutes , I order the mangu with chuleta , the mangu was so salty I couldn’t eat it, the chuleta was hard and salty as well .

Went with my friend, we order wait a little bit, maybe 10 to 15 min, they call her name, when to get the food and one order fell on the floor, a very nice gentleman help with the pick up and cleaning, the person who took the order saw what happend when to the back, and we though that they will make us anorher order, we wait another 10 to 15 min, I ask the person for the food he went and got a lady who ask my friend what happend she told her and the lady said because she was the one who drop it, she can't give her another one plain an simple. I think that wasn't very nice of her👎👎👎

Perfectly chewy, slightly sweet, and baked fresh every morning. The music, the colors — it’s all joy. I left with a box of pastelillos de guayaba and had friends asking me where I got them. Friendly tip: grab extras, because one is never enough!

I’ve been coming to Rico Rico since 2023, but I not sure if I would be returning. In the business world, sometimes simply saying “my apologies, it was my mistake” is the smartest move. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here.
First, the front end lady (without mentioning names, as they usually do) gave my sandwich to someone else. At that point, I had already waited 20 minutes. Not a big deal—I was willing to wait a little longer. But when I finally received “my order,” it wasn’t even the sandwich I had ordered.
In the end, I waited over 45 minutes for a sandwich, without ever hearing a single apology. It seems being polite and professional is not part of their service.

Just visited this spot to not be greeted at all from the staff. I went with my family, and when we asked where we can sit together, one of the ladies shrugged her shoulders. We asked what ingredients were inside each sandwich, and after we received our orders, they came with extra ingredients. When we told them that no one mentioned these extra ingredients, the blonde lady completely ignored the comment. The chicken tastes weird, and there were pieces of chicken bone in my Rico Rico sandwich. Straight to the garbage. Waste of money. Will not be returning.

Came a second time and they didnt mess the order. Hope they keep it like that. Music still the same not my preference but is what it is.
The first time was good. Second, time the employee's forgot about my food and it was a total disaster. I asked for a refund due to their mistake. I was waiting for maybe 25 to 30 minutes and they had no clue of my order which I had already paid. A lady gave me a half refund, but they did not give a juice that i had already paid.Overall, they are not organized and need training when it comes to order follow-up. Will I visit again? I'm not sure they did not even apologize. Music of choice in this business is religious, nothing agaist it but music should be neutral in mi opinion, I'm not at church.
