Firehouse Subs Haines City

This is the worst place to eat. The other ones are not like this. Meat was tougher than nails. They didn't put what was supposed to be on it. And they asked me if I wanted a pickle, never got that either
I won't be back, spend my money elsewhere.

Best fast food around, very generous portions and good variety to choose from.

It's my first time having farmhouse subs and the sub was delicious. The two employees there are very nice, very polite and great service

They were out of provolone cheese, Orange soda, lids for medium drinks, and no pickles were served with the sandwiches. When asked why they said the manager didn't order any.

Drive all the way out to the firehouse subs there’s big signs that say yes Bro door was locked. Lights are off and somebody’s in there. It’s only 6 PM on a Sunday night.

Came in to order 2 orders first one was paid with cash and they didn’t have and nickels or Pennie’s for change! So we were shorted change! Also didn’t have pastrami, caramelized peppers or even the chicken and dumpling soup! No telling what else they didn’t have! Very disappointing because we used to love it here. We will be going to Winter Haven or Bartow’s location from now on!

Since the last time I went to FHS. The sandwich is about 1” narrower and 1/2”-3/4” flatter. Sandwich size went down and price went way up. $32 for 2 sandwiches. Never again.

This place has good food. They just always get the orders wrong. And now I have to drive to the store after my food was delivered to get what they screwed up. This is ridiculous. If you can’t get your work straight then just close down. Every freaking order has something missing. Pathetic!!

Not sure how or why but they changed the sub rolls. Seems as they are cutting corners. They were terrible. If it is just this location then I will never return. If it is company wide they have lost a very loyal customer.
