Rosita was very nice. Food had good flavor, and there were lots of options. The jalepeno cheese tamale is like a mexican jalepeno popper, must try. Carne asada was a bit greasy but very tasty. There were bones in the pork tamales and more fat than I liked in those and the carne asada as well. Decent portion sizes. This is a food truck not a restaurant fyi
Everything about this place is 100/10. The food is delicious, the service is fantastic and it's a very clean food and truck. The ONLY negative is will have to say is that there isn't a lot of room to sit and eat.
Absolutely amazing food and service always with a smile. The portions are worth the small price and the food is always fresh and so flavorful. I love coming here because they make so many things and they also have fruit cups which I love fresh fruit. Definitely try!
