Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs

Called and ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:26. Waited an hour and called back. At 7:35 was told they were “walking out the door with it”. Called again at 8:10 and was told they “were right around the corner”. Finally called at 8:30, spoke to the manager, and asked for a refund. No apology or attempt to make it right, just excuses.

Called in and placed an order for pick up. Was told the food be ready in 20-25 minutes. Went to go pick it up and it wasn’t ready. At that point it had already been the allotted time they said it would be ready in. Sat down and waited about another 15 minutes before I went back up and asked if the food was ready and was told it wasn’t because they had “a big order.” If that was truly the case, then why did they say anything when I placed the order over the phone or even when I got there? they couldn’t tell me how much longer it would be. There was no manager available and they seem to care less that in total I waited over an hour for the food I ordered. I have been there a few times and honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location! They seriously need to fix how they treat their customers or else they’re gonna completely go out of business! I will not be going back because of this experience! When I finally got the food it was all warm (including the salad I had ordered) which leads me to believe it had been sitting there.

I ordered a pizza by phone on January 25, 2025. And upon arriving 25 minutes later, they told me the person who took my order over the phone was Latino and spoke Spanish. I don't really take it. And I had to wait 25 more minutes for my order. Ordered delivery today for 7:30pm, food was at my house at 7:10!!! Pizza was hot and very yummy, the cookie brownie is weird the brownie part was good but the cookie part is super dry don't recommend it lol also what took me by surprise was the price...50 bucks in total! Wow...I definitely can't afford this again! But it was nice to try!

56 bucks for two medium pizzas and wings along with a 2 liter Pepsi. The pizza size was smaller than 711 pizza and more expensive. Wings were undercooked I ended feeding g them to my cats...last time I get howies.
