Ordered a pizza and wings at 7:15pm . 9:00pm came pizza and wings never arrived. I called the location and pizza got delivered to someone else/not me different address. Never refunded my payment for the food, or the tip for food I never recived.

Left me on hold for 15 minutes before I finally hung up. I work nearby so I usually place an order to pickup for my lunch break, they are always out of something, they are never consistent with the food and I order the same thing everytime! Customer service is absolutely terrible! My suggestion, go anywhere but here!

We recently placed an online order with your store and encountered an error during the process. Fortunately, we had the pleasure of speaking with Sean P. over the phone. He not only helped us place the order quickly and efficiently but also took the extra step to ensure our original online order hadn't gone through.

This past week has been especially emotional and stressful for our family, as we are mourning the loss of our father. Sean was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding during this difficult time. His professionalism and compassion did not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for the support he provided.

Called and ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:26. Waited an hour and called back. At 7:35 was told they were “walking out the door with it”. Called again at 8:10 and was told they “were right around the corner”. Finally called at 8:30, spoke to the manager, and asked for a refund. No apology or attempt to make it right, just excuses.

Called in and placed an order for pick up. Was told the food be ready in 20-25 minutes. Went to go pick it up and it wasn’t ready. At that point it had already been the allotted time they said it would be ready in. Sat down and waited about another 15 minutes before I went back up and asked if the food was ready and was told it wasn’t because they had “a big order.” If that was truly the case, then why did they say anything when I placed the order over the phone or even when I got there? they couldn’t tell me how much longer it would be. There was no manager available and they seem to care less that in total I waited over an hour for the food I ordered. I have been there a few times and honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location! They seriously need to fix how they treat their customers or else they’re gonna completely go out of business! I will not be going back because of this experience! When I finally got the food it was all warm (including the salad I had ordered) which leads me to believe it had been sitting there.

I ordered a pizza by phone on January 25, 2025. And upon arriving 25 minutes later, they told me the person who took my order over the phone was Latino and spoke Spanish. I don't really take it. And I had to wait 25 more minutes for my order.
