On the 3/16/24 me and my family decided to venture out and try Birria tacos from Mexican taqueria spots in Haine city, Juanchos Birrias was one of three we tried! We ordered their Birria combo and chicken flauta combo, the Birria tacos are good but the flautas were bland in comparison to the Mexican restaurant called Tapatios in Kissimmee. What really displeased us was the service! Customer service is everything! There are two girls in the front that helps you and takes your orders. I specifically told the girl that took my order that for the flautas I wanted everything that comes on top! On the side! Ok, So when the flautas come out with crema and queso fresco on top she looks at me like that's what I ordered when it wasn't. She did change her attitude towards us when we sent it back to the kitchen! She didn't apologize or made us feel like she appreciated our service! Then we felt uncomfortable because while eating they were just at the counter starring!
