It's not about racism or anything like that, but this store always does whatever they want, Google Maps says they close at 11:00 pm and it wasn't even 10:00 pm when I got to the store and the doors were closed, I stopped by the drive-thru and they didn't have the original recipe chicken either, anyway I ended up eating at Denny's.

We sure do miss the KFC of old where the food was good and the people actually cared. Ended up throwing out most of the food. Fries were stale, chicken sandwich was old, all white meat meal must mean 2 breasts now, miss the wing. I worked at KFC when I was younger, no comparison

My chicken was old, it was tough and it didn't taste good like I'm used to. I feed it to the the dogs at the house. The cold slaw was good and bread was alright. The drink was good! Worst chicken I ever had from KFC in Haines City, FL 33837. Don't go there at night to eat! I went through drive-through.

On 07/15 at 5:00pm - really beautiful smile from the young lady at the window. It was rainy, busy high traffic afternoon and great customer service made it worthwhile going there. Food was a bit on the oily side but it was a good experience overall.

At that KFC location, we experienced the worst mashed potatoes. They were so off-putting that we couldn't swallow them, ruining our meal. The flavor of the chicken was lost to us after that. We had to brush our teeth and gargle with Listerine to rid our mouths of the terrible taste. They also ran out of biscuits, so our meal was incomplete. We will definitely never return to this KFC again.

You go to this location to buy Chicken and they never have chicken ready. You have to wait 15 plus minutes waiting for your order. When to the drive thru like 8 cars waiting because the chicken was not ready. The employee was nice though.
