Horrible customer service. Once i got.the drive thru window i waited 20 min, and then have to deal with the usual attitude. Will not go back.

Blast this KFC! Placed a mobile order to be ready at 8:45 pm. I attempt to enter the lobby to pick my order, they lock the lobby so their lazy bums don’t have to clean or interact with patrons. I get back in my car and go through the drive-through and give them my name, they say pull up to the window. Then the workers says they don’t have any chicken ready and it will be 12 minutes! It was suppose to be ready at 8:45, 15 freaking minutes ago!!!

Absolutely horrible experience came through the drive-through Sunday, March 3 at 2 PM sat at the speaker for five minutes and was not addressed by anyone, drove around the building and got back up to the speaker and still sat there for a minute. No one said anything at all until I said hello then I was told I had to wait a Minute. The young lady on the speaker truly sounds like she hates her job and does not want to be here so you should hire people who actually want to work. Also I still was in line for over 30 minutes trying to get my food Please hire better staff with all the people in the world needing jobs nowadays it should not be hard to find quality people who want to work.

The manager lady it’s very attentive to the customer and makes sure orders are made perfect for you. Me as a customer appreciate that. Cons- they should be a little more faster with orders some customers was complaining about long waiting times. They may not return if that continues happening. Take note manager lady!!

3 minute drive home and chicken was so soggy and slippery you couldn't pick it up out of the bucket. Smelled and tasted like it was fried in very old oil. Took it back and got the same thing. So greasy couldn't eat it. What you could eat tasted horrible. Wish I could give negative stars for a review.

Went to kfc the chicken was greasy as hell found chicken feathers took chicken back gave us supposedly new still greasy won't be back there again, never had problems there before

How is this place still open ?! The lobby is closed and it’s only 7:08 on a Friday !? Literally got stuck in line for 24min they were rude as hell, you can tell their under paid and HATE their jobs !! How do they only had 1 chicken pot pie available, again on a Friday at 7pm !? Chicken tenders were old and dry lukewarm at best. I’m done with this particular KFC. I think they ought to just close already!!

Extremely inefficient. Finally left the drive thru line after waiting for at least 15 min behind two cars that hadn’t moved. If you do get to the window, people are rude and have zero apology for the insane wait time.

Chicken is overpriced for what I would call a Cornish hen not chicken as the pieces are so small. The coleslaw doesn't taste like it used too and the chicken is to spicey not like that a few years ago. And of course, they got my order wrong grrr

I have been to this Kentucky only twice and always have a bad experience the staff is rude and they are very slow I never give reviews but this Kentucky staff needs training the manager I think needs to look into this or be changed also.
