This Mexican food truck is the real deal! Everything tastes fresh and homemade, with that true authentic flavor. Personally, my favorite dish is the birria tacos the meat is juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned, and every bite is so savory. The tortillas are soft and fresh, and you can really tell they put love into the food. The service is fast and friendly, and the prices are great for the quality you get. If you’re craving authentic Mexican food, this is definitely the spot...

Absolutely delicious Birria!! Try the Tacos, especially the Carne Asada estilo Birria Tacos - my absolute favorite! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Amazing service and owned by wonderful people. 😊

My sons and I were in town visiting for a few days and we were looking for something off the beating path to try with local flare. We found the World of Food Trucks and came across La Coolmena while walking around. My son wanted to try either the loaded nachos or street tacos, so he decided on the loaded nachos. The attendant taking the order acted as if we were interrupting her when we ordered. We paid for the food and my son waited while I perused the location a little more....
