This is simply the best Birria tacos we ever had in our lives. No comparison. The beef was extra tender, flavor was intense, and above all these, the consomé was fire!!! Insanely good! A must try when around Kissimmee. Also shout out to the owner, very charismatic and friendly.
We have lots of respect for this place.
Ps. They were so good that as soon as we finish the first birria tacos we decided to order another one.

Very tasty and fresh. The elote corn was small but it was still good. The seating right outside is nice too. I got the shrimp tacos, a cheese empanada, elote, and my bf got birria ramen which was good as well. They give you a large amount of soup with the ramen. The ramen is pre packaged but that’s to be expected as it is not a Japanese spot. I recommend this place even compared to the world food trucks because it’s a nicer area outside and seems to be much more reasonably...

La Coolmena is an excellent choice for authentic Mexican cuisine. From the Quesabirria to the traditional Tacos. Taking a chance on La Coolmena will never be a mistake.

Vegetarian options: Every item on the menu can be made Vegetarian.
