Best ice cream shop ever , their torta are fire 🔥

Honestly this place is the best!! Every time I go I can’t decide what to order everything ls delicious. I’ve been coming here since 2020 still love it. Best customer service ever, they are fast and friendly specially Cindy she is so nice and helpful thanks for making our experience even better!

My sister and I spent over $100 on ice cream and desserts, which were delicious. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing.

My niece wanted a bottled water, so her mom gave her $2 to purchase one. After being charged, the server told her the water was in the fridge but there was no water available. When my niece told her, the server said she could pick something else. She chose a Gatorade, but then the server said it would be an additional 50 cents. My sister explained she didn’t have extra change and asked for a refund instead. The server then told us “no refunds” and pointed to the sign, even though the item we paid for wasn’t available.

I stepped in and explained that since they didn’t have the product, a refund made sense. Instead, I was told they could only give my niece a cup of ice because they don’t have filtered water. After insisting again, the server went to speak to the manager, who finally approved the refund.

The food and desserts were great, but the way we were treated was unfriendly, rushed, and unprofessional. Customer service matters just as much as good food, and sadly this experience left a bad impression. Because of the poor service, I can’t recommend this place and won’t be returning.

I bought the Dubai Strawberries last week they were delicious, so of course I go back for more and they have changed their chocolate, Whyyyy !!! It was awful so hard, like eating strawberries with a side of hard chocolate, and it was $16 bucks. Why change something if its not broken.Not going back in a while!!

Overly priced and horrible customer service. You’re lucky if you encounter someone nice from the staff. Was waiting to get some change (if could) for the quarter games they have so my son could play and 2 workers come in, clock in right infront of me on the computers where they ring people up, looked at me and didn’t say a word. The girl who took my order was taking care of someone so I was waiting for 5+ min. They both started to take care of other customers so when one of the girls got close to where I was again I asked if she can give me my to-go order from the freezer and she just said “dame un minuto” with a horrible attitude. That was it for me to decide to never come back here and waste my money. I’ve been told many times they have rude customer service. And to top it all off, my banana split was horribly melted once I opened it about 5 minutes later.

My grandbabies had a blast there. We had ice cream, and they played the games and took pics with the wings on the wall. It really was fun and delicious.

I don't know about their products but a male driver for them was following me so glose that when I slammed on breaks he almost hit me. Did he stop following so close....NO. I literally had to pull over allow him to pass me before I continued and thank goodness I did because his driving was reckless still as he was swerving in and out of lanes passing other cars. Won't be trying any of their products with such reckless practices in the company van!
