La Olla Del Cafe (Restaurant)

First time at the olla del cafe very lovely the lady that took my order also the young lady that charged me all my desserts were delicious ❤️

Hubby and I were looking for an authentic Mexican breakfast. We ordered their Cafe de Olla and Chilaquiles. We added carnitas to ours. The chips stayed crispy and they were perfectly covered with the salsa, topped with onion and two fried eggs and drizzled with crema. They were so delicious and the portions large. The restaurant was clean and they play nice Latin music videos on a flat screen TV. The owner was very attentive and friendly. Wish we lived closer so we could hit this spot weekly.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. The owner is extremely rude. I came back after checking my food in the car to let them know it had an ingredient I'm allergic to, which I had specified at the beginning, but I understand mistakes happen, so I let the cashier know if they can do it again. I would appreciate it. The owner came over, opened the food, and said they didn't deliver my food like this, which surprised me because all I wanted was my food redone, not an opinion on what the food looked like. Of course, I ordered sopes, which is normally a messy dish. She proceeded to walk and said What if the food is not delivered anyway it will go in the trash... Ok as if it were giving the Plate What returned to the next person? Then, the owner is extremely rude to her employees and speaks very badly to her cook and the cashier. very poor business. When the owner took out my food, she held the bag tightly when I tried to grab it as if she didn't want to let go on purpose, and she said, "See, you damaged the food again" and I said, I'll never come here again. Disgusting owner who treats employees and customers poorly does not deserve this type of business.

The food is very good and the quality ! The owner is very attentive and sweet , she’s most likely the one to take your orders ! They also have ice cream and other amazing sweets as well !

Terrible customer service if you go to google review you will see the 1 star reviews that are specifically because of the poor customer service by the owner herself she is terrible. Extremely rude. Never met a Latino so rude to their own. Very condescending to her employees I do not recommend eating here it is not worth it. If she treats customers poorly imagine the food they are serving. Will never going here again!!
