Awesome service. Staff was very professional and polite!
Bring back the new your style pizza. It’s dumb you have a wonderful item that people love yet you wanna take it away after only being out for like three weeks.

Our order was missing a whole pizza and it took almost 3 hours and 5 phone calls to finally get it. The way it was first handled was very frustrating, but I want to thank Dahmel, the supervisor, who went above and beyond to fix the issue and make it right. His customer service turned the situation around.

We ordered a pizza from your store at 1 Dunlop Village, Colonial Heights, VA, in mid-July. Apparently, on that day there was a huge storm which knocked out power all over our area, including your store in Colonial Heights. Therefore, we were not able to get our order. Since we had made the order via your app, once the power came back on, the cost of the pizza was charged to our credit card even though we did not receive the order. We have stopped in at that store two times and have been told both times that the charge would be refunded to our credit card. Since it has been a few weeks, I called our credit card representative and was told the refund was never received.
I don’t recommend anything from Marcos Pizza! I’m so sick and tired of the managers that work at these stores! First, Haysville, KS now Wichita, KS. My so. Starting working there when he was 17, started off great. It was his first job. After a few months things started going south. His manager advised him after so many hours of training he would get a raise, he did the training, never got a raise. When asked about it his managers would never respond. My son continued to ask until they closed the store and he was told, THE DAY THEY CLOSED, that he was out of a job! Prior to this my son was sexually harassed numerous times by a female store manager, talked downed to, cussed at, and overall treated like a POS. Myself trying to stay out of it all and allow my son to handle things and go through the proper chain of command told him to report everything to his district manager, and record this woman if he had to for proof. My son reported all of this activity numerous times to the district manager, WHO DID NOTHING. After the sexual harassment, as a mother that was it for me, I called the store, requested to speak to someone higher than the manager working, was told I’m not allowed to and they would take my name and number and someone would call me the next day. No one called. Marcos, explain to me how you allowed a grown woman to sexually harass an underage boy and DO NOTHING???? WTF?!? Fast forward a few months, my son made great friends with others he worked with at Marcos, they asked him to come to the Wichita store and work. He said he would give it a try. New employees, new location why not. Well here we are, again, same BS. The female store manager, Tricia. Let me just start off by saying prior to me posting this I’ve tried to call and speak with someone higher than a store manager, no one has contacted me, shocker. This lady has been harassing my child, stealing tops from other employees and making racial slurs in front of customers, asking them if they want watermelon flavor, while also YES, SEXUALLY HARASSING, all employees while walking around flirting all night with certain co-workers. I don’t care if, me as a mother, has no business getting involved in my ‘sons’ job, I am sick and tired of him coming home and the stories I hear! I understand these might be one side of the story, but when multiple employees are saying the same thing, I tend to side with math. I am disgusted that someone who calls themselves a manager can talk to young people so degradedly, and constantly put them and their families down, calling them ‘trust fund babies’, lazy, stupid, useless and that she refuses to treat her employees like adults and how she raised her kids better! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? You’re a manger, you’re an adult…ACT LIKE IT. Do better Marcos! Train your staff better, hire people that have respect for others, and can be decent to people. Get your store cameras working and actually watch them. You might be shocked. Teach them, train them don’t put them down and make them feel like crap. When you take customers’ names and numbers, CALL THEM BACK, listen and learn. DO BETTER, and do what is right. I hope you deal with these issues accordingly and justly, this is not who’d I want working for my company! And your pizza sucks too!
Ordered delivery on a Tuesday evening and it never showed up. Spoke with the manager (Scott) to no avail.
I’m so sick of these restaurants doing the bare minimum. Ordered 3 subs all 3 was wrong defeated the purpose of choosing what you want on the sandwich if they just gone serve you a dry sandwich. Cinnamon squares extremely thick and not fully cooked.

So i order a pizza and I received a pizza that had ham on it. I am Jewish can cannot eat pork. When I called I was told they could not send the driver back out unless it was an order. There I was unable to eat tonight....this is the second time my pizza was not correct. Very unhappy 🙁

I went yesterday 7/10/25 and although my order wasn’t ready I have to give it to the young man working BY HIMSELF! You could tell he was slammed ( since management screwed him over and had him working alone) he explained to me he was behind cuz he was alone but he’d have my things ready In 10-15mins and he did just that!
Marcos management should be ashamed to put someone through so much stress as working alone but he did his thing!

Unbelievable. Online says ready at 315 pm. I come in, guy Shaq tells me order just came in. I am showing my phone . He is standing there cursing me out. Can't even do a pizza order. I am the only one sitting in here. Will be posting this everywhere

ordered over the phone, like I always do! asked for the full moon special, that Marco's advertises all the time. No where does it say Online orders only. This Marco's over charged me. They said they don't know about any full moon special.

Part of my order was missing, driver told me to call store, I called store they said they would redeliver and they never did. Called next day they said they were too busy and hung up on me. Called day after and they said the same. I got the review via email and put in the issue I was having and requested to be contacted and never was. No refund or redelivery and poor customer service. Be careful if you order delivery.

5/5 – Absolutely Delicious Pizza and Top-Notch Delivery Service!
I can’t say enough good things about this place! The pizza was incredible — hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, the sauce was rich and tangy, and the toppings were super generous and high quality. You can really taste the care that goes into every pie.
The delivery was just as impressive. My order arrived right on time — actually a few minutes early — and everything was still piping hot. The driver was friendly, polite, and professional. You can tell they prioritize customer satisfaction.
