Rare experience in today's world to find a McDonald's doing it right. The young lady at the counter asked to take our order "at the actual counter" instead of directing us to the bank of "Do it yourself" machines, she was very nice and provded outstanding customer service (which when I worked at McD's many years ago was a requirement, not an oddity). Food was ready before we could finish getting our drinks, and she walked it out to our table instead of making us come to the counter. Food was hot and tasted great (sadly, another oddity you don't get very often anymore). The lobby and seating area was neat and clean. To the Management and Crew of this store, I say Thank You for a job well done.

If you buy from here please make sure they give you the correct items and that they aren’t charging you for things you clearly didn’t order. It has happened twice that they messed up my order. So disappointing. I used my points for my FREE KIDS MEAL and was charged for it! I tried to explain to the manager what had happened and she tried to make it seem like I didn’t order it right. Thank god the app saves all order purchases. Nothing matches and no she didn’t give me a refund just gave me the original order I made.

I have been looking for somewhere that will take my order for breakfast for work, which is for about 25 people. I called them around 4:40am and the manager said, sure we got you. It was ready when I picked up the order at 5:30am. Very friendly staff and manager. Thank you so much for helping me out with breakfast. My employees really enjoyed it.

If I can give them a minus 10, I would. They forgot to add part of my order in the bag. It was 10:30pm and 20 miles away from the go place I was going to that had no food there. This was supposed to be my dinner. When I called up the next day, and spoke to the manager, they said they would replace my meal and give me another meal free. I get to the McDonald's on the way back home and stopped off there to get what sh promised and was greeted terribly. They wouldn't honor the free meal. In addition, they forgot to put in the sauces. To sum it up, I will never ever go to this McDonald's ever again!

I just moved to this area. Previously, my experience with fast-food establishments was subpar, to say the least. This mcdonald's location is a breath of fresh air; quick service, friendly staff, and, most importantly, correct orders. Thank you! Keep it up!

It was clean and decent. I was let down to the fact this one has all the screens in the front where you, as the customer, have to order your food yourself, and hope for the best. I'm just hoping that their customer service doesn't get any worse.

This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to, the staff was kind and actually enacted like they enjoyed working there, all my food was fresh, almost too hot to eat at the time in a good way, I had the $5 meal deal, they actually put salt on the fries and my McDouble looks like it was straight out of an advertisement perfectly crafted. The building itself looks just like the original ones but modernized, and there's even some greenery as you go around the drive-thru. I'm just passing through but if I ever do again I'll make sure to stop here I feel it's how every McDonald's aspires to be. Keep up the good work
