Access can be a pain but parking is available and customer service was ok. They had a meal deal happening when Iwent but I found the cheeseburger a little too salty for me for some reason... There is definitely no atmosphere at a fast food, so I won't quote on that !

So what really happened to mcdonald's? I swear man I used to be able to get four meals for less than 30 bucks I just ordered four meals and four biscuits and it came out to $75 I took out the four biscuits and my price went down to 48.00 I tell you for the amount of money you spend at any fast food restaurant you could definitely just go to a restaurant and enjoy a real deal meal McDonald's is tripping and I say we should all start saving our money from this expensive franchise food and treat your family to something really good. I ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuits with bacon and they forgot to put the sausage in the sandwich. We're just giving away our money with McDonald's.

Peter went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. He personally made sure that the food was separated for easy access, double checked with us that all the food was present and ensured we were happy before we left.

I usually don't bother leaving a review however, two AMAZING employees went above & beyond the call of duty this evening, and I wanted to let it be known. There I was having technical issues with this WONDERFUL mobile app (that has 0 flaws and is SO easy to work) with regards to placing a normal order and using one of the free/promo codes. As my frustration started to peak, two pleasant young ladies(at different times), greated this salty veteran with a nice smile and helped with placing my mobile order. BIG shout out to Susana AND Jeydiliz! It's not to often you find REAL Customer Service these days.

I ordered a number 9 ( 2 cheese burgers) added 2 medium fries and both of them looked like someone put 2 kids size in each who the hell is filling these up ... On top of that these ice teas taste like their ALWAYS watered down.
When are you guys going to start selling Mickey D's Dinner boxes?

crappiest mcdonald’s in all of polk county. Always busy as hell and they never seem to be able to keep up and the place is like orlando international airport there’s people bursting out the seams from god knows where.
Top it off One time i went and got my kid a happy meal and the nuggets were raw so i ended up cooking them in the air fryer at home so it took any and all convenience of ordering “fast food” kids working just goofing off while the restaurant is in shambles

Overnight crew sucks . Absolutely no customer service . They just hand you the food and stare at you . No hello, thank you or anything . Everyone looked upset they’re at work. There was missing food also
