My sister and I stopped here for lunch last week. It's like an old 50s type diner very cool. I got the Ruben sandwich and it was delicious ?! Really stacked thin cut corned beef and fries. My sister got The Philly Cheese Steak and she also really enjoyed hers .
I been visiting this place since I moved to Davenport 5 years ago and I can tell you, Egg City Diner is the Best place by far for breakfast and lunch. I love it? Best Country Fried Chicken, Best Omelets! A++
This place is really cool. It's definitely a 50s looking diner. I had the eggs, potatoes and corned beef hash. Everything was delicious. The potatoes had great flavor. Pancake was delicious and huge.
