Made a large order of 4 pizzas, 24 wings, cinnamon pull-aparts, & 2 sodas. was missing a pizza and the desert… it took over 2 1/2 hours to get my order completed. Had family over it was embarrassing to have some wait that long & I was very disappointed in the service.

We ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy bread. ALL of it was cold. The peppers they put in the pizza boxes were gray/green. Obviously very old. We asked for flavored crust and specified those flavors. We did not receive any type of flavored crust. We tracked the order from pickup to the house and it was more than 45 minutes which should normally take at the very most 15-20 with another stop. I don't like cold pizza and especially I don't like paying for food that is terrible and not what I ordered. Will NOT be ordering from them again.

I won't make the mistake of ordering from this papa Johns in the future. Too much cheese, and they don't even have the decency to cook the cheese thoroughly enough. There is never enough sauce for the pizza.

Was on way to work trying to grab pizza without being late. Waiting for over 5 minutes while only one person was working the register with people who were unsure where they ordered. Meanwhile pizza was getting cold sitting there. It was not as well done as I asked for and was virtually tasteless like it had no sauce at all. Worst pizza I had and will not go back again.

Prices are absolutely ridiculous. $45 for two large pizzas. Phoned my order in and couldn’t understand the person on the other end. Phone kept dropping out every other word. The pizzas were definitely not worth $45. Rethink your pricing. I would not recommend nor will I be ordering from here again.

Had pizza delivered by door dash. Unfortunately by the time the delivery person arrived our pizza was cold. Wasn’t even in a hot pack. Even after I had sent instructions on where we were at, my mistake was thinking the person could speak and read English. This is the 1st time we have ever gotten a cold pizza from Papa Johns. Very disappointed!

Do not order from this location. They mess up your order and do not fix it. You pay for delivery and they will not send someone else out to send the correct order or what is missing. They expect you to go to the location to pick it up. The last two orders. They didn't provide the garlic sauce. We even paid extra for them. They will not send someone out. Even if they send you the wrong pizzas.
Hello! The first time I ordered delivery the pizza arrived super cold. I didn't care, the second time I asked for a pick up and it was very good. Then I ordered delivery again and the papadia had a hair inside the filling, copper colored. I made a claim, they gave me a credit that I had to collect in the store through a call and I made two calls of 20 minutes each and they did not respond. It's a shame, because my kids love cheese sticks.

I was assisted by a lady with a piercing under her mouth and she has 0 customer service skills. She doesn’t let you talk and talk with a bad attitude. Atmosphere is awful at this place. Another young lady came out of the restroom picking her nose and went straight to work with pizzas without washing’s her hands… The pizza was alright but I asked for a plain cheese pizza and received a pizza with multiple seasonings on top. Also, they only had one size for all doughs???

The Papa John's in Haines City on highway 27 is a place I would not recommend to anybody as the customer service is horrible. In the atmosphere is one of why are you coming to my store. I would definitely recommend a different place for one to get pizza in this town when I ordered through the app and paid through the app I walked in and had to wait 20 minutes to receive my pizza and it probably took a shorter time to fix it so I would suggest another pizza place
