Tracking app showed it left the store and would be delivered between 6:52-7:02. It is currently 7:37pm and the tracking app says both that it was delivered, but will be delivered at 7:50 (?) I called the store to cancel the order and get a refund. Who wants pizza that’s been sitting in a car for almost an hour? The representative did offer a full refund but could not confirm if the papa points I used would be refunded. STOP USING 3RD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICES. I am not ordering through door dash, I don’t want to use Door dash. Now I’m stuck at almost 8pm trying to come up with a last minute dinner plan for my family.

I would not give this Papa John's any stars but this forced me to give them one star to at least tell you what they did. This place has refused to honor any of its credits that they give you because they constantly mess up your orders, no matter if it's the food itself or how cold it is when it finally arrives from a door dasher. They will promise you that you are talking to a manager on the phone and then when you call in for that credit, it does not exist on your account. The manager there, Taylor, thinks she's doesn't have to honor any credit from her store. She swears that she is the head manager of the store, there are no credits, and will not provide any. She also said that none of her employees have given any credits. So, we were lied to the last time we called them. This is the worst Papa John's. They have the worst management and practice there. Whoever buys from the store, beware. Your food will be awful and it will be cold, or delivered to the wrong door. Then, when you call there, the manager will lie to you or whoever answers the phone and will promise you that you will be credited, which will not be true.

Yeah.. I’m not sure what happened to this Papa Johns.. It was our go to but something must’ve changed because for the past couple times that we ordered .. it was just horrible.. Food wasn’t fresh either over cooked burnt or undercooked like the boneless wings for example that I used to love…Seems like the staff doesn’t care anymore… The food looked like it was always made in a rush and messy as heck!! Presentation of food was no good.. I decided to give it another try and ordered their new Twix desert and once again… BAD.. like how do you take the food out the oven and think “this looks good I’m sure the customer would LOVE burnt hard food” like how are you okay to have food go out like that?? When I called to complain the lady over the phone EVEN KNEW that it came out like that and said yeah that’s how our ovens are set unfortunately we can’t change that.. So… you just thought still knowingly that is gonna come out hard and burnt.. let’s just deliver this to the customer ? So yeah last time I order from this place.. Get it together Papa Johns…

I ordered a soda with my pizza. They have me the wrong soda and when I called the store they blamed doordash. I called doordash and they blamed the store. I’ve tried 2 times to contact customer service for papa johns and I’ve heard nothing. The service is terrible and the employees will do nothing to help correct your order except pass the blame.

Had pizza and wings. Mild buffalo and garlic parmesan were good. Wings are on the small side though. Overall very good.
