Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Basically I like fried chicken. Since Popeyes crisper than KFC so Ill stop by at least twice a week. It's been 3 weeks I visit this store. Nothing changed but get worse. Food sit too long on pick up counter due to no one in the counter.. got there plus waiting extra 10 minutes to get my to go order. Very disappointing. Sorry Popeye, I'll go somewhere else.

Long wait times in the lobby. Over 30mins for a burnt pie. All the food was of a lower quality than average.

Awful service. Do not order inside. They do not care about you and only make food for the drive through. You will be waiting 30+ min for your food if you wait inside.

No A/C in dining area on a 95 degree day outside.
My Original Chicken sandwich was very very dry.
The tea and soda were very warm and NO ice in the vending area
I also noticed the floor behind the counter was very very wet and I was concerned for employees safety.

My checkout person was quite short with me and no smile or greeting. Dining room area floors and tables were filthy!!!!
In a business this competitive and the cost of fast food rising this locations OWNER better straighten these problems out ASAP!!!!

P.S. The door that the employees walk in and out of was slammed each time they used it.

Don't even bother with the mac and cheese they gave me what looked like a sample, not a side. Three bites and it was gone. Store took almost an hour and a half to even have my food ready and it still wasn't to par. And the drink? Warm, with enough ice to suggest they were running a side hustle selling frozen water. 10/10 would not recommend.

The food they serve is delicious, however you'll be lucky to get exactly what you ordered. Ordered a chicken breast and thigh. Ended up with a thigh and a leg. Wanted fries with that and ended up with a cup of mashed potatoes. Last time ordered spicy and got regular (but still not the correct pieces of chicken that I ordered). I don't know what the issue is at this location but there is an obvious issue with listening to the customer. When you pull up in the drive through just let them surprise you with your order because they aren't listening to what you want anyways.

I ordered about Thirty minutes ago the bone end combo with a chicken sandwich and Two apple pies and I’m missing the fries and two apple pies I called the lady and she was very rude and nasty and hung up on me.

Went through the drive thru today 7/9/2025 @ 9:02ish (order 171) and the gentleman that took care of me was well mannered and very polite. Thank you for that. Wish I knew his name so that I could properly give him recognition!
