Pros. The attendants were very friendly and pleasant to speak to. The Environment is also well kept and relaxing. Cons.. Then menu Prices you see on the Google search/pictures are not the correct prices. My plate was $25 dollars, plus tax, plus a credit card handling fee. I ordered the Parrilla. All the meats were tasteful. I ordered a side of tostones which were good and side of rice which was a little undercooked to my liking and I didnt find it to have any flavor. The best advice I could contribute to the restaurant is to serve more food the amount of money charged. There are lots of spanish sit down restaurants where you could spend the same amount of money and feed 2 people.

I try the 1/4 chicken combo with yuca al mojo and fries the chicken was absolutely tender and juicy, fries were crispy and well seasoned and the yuca was well cooked and delicious. The combo comes with soda and the price are reasonable. The guy was berry polite and attentive. Food came out quick. Overall good food and service. 10/10

Rotisserie whole chicken w 2 sides was Phenomenal! We were going to go all the way to Orlando but decided to try Riko Pollo and wow so delicious and their sauces prepared so well! Only 15 min away ! Service was great ! It was pouring out and we waited in the car and the guy that took our order was so generous to put on a poncho on and bring the food to our car!

We usually love this place. I was very disappointed when i get home to eat and my chicken was burnt and the sweet plantains were burnt to a crisp completely inedible. It is bad enough that the prices went up extremely but to then not be able to eat what you pay for that was a great disappointment. I don't even understand how they gave them to us.

I used to really enjoy eating at Rikopollo, but recently, the quality has been disappointing. The chicken has been slightly undercooked and rubbery. The last time we ate it, my family felt so sick to our stomachs. The tostones were also on the chewy side. With everything happening in the food industry, serving undercooked food is unacceptable.

I order here 11/10 I had 2 orders was not complete order 1/4 Chicken only one l had chicken. All the side came the beans where very watery and extremely salty . The rice I threw it out way to salty. In all haven't found a good chicken spot in Haines city .. I try to avoid leaving reviews if a restaurant is bad I do .I paid for 2 drink only got one soda.40 bucks down the drain never again the French fries r not crispy very much soggy. check your order before you leave . Lay off the salt ? the only food I recommend is unidos on pleasant Hill Rd and Bravo in poinciana best latin food so far
