The shittiest Sonny’s in Polk County. The servers are absolutely useless

We were there for my first time. I got the brisket dinner, and hubby got the rib dinner. It was good. I tried all the bbq sauces. They kind of all taste the same. Good, but they are kind of the same. We're a bit tantedby the other bbq place with a military theme. Still I enjoyed my meal. The spiked sweet tea was good, too.

Had a great appetizer, tator tots with barbacued brisket and cheese. Very fun and tasty. For dinner I ordered Candied Bacon Chicken Sandwich. The bacon was delicious, but over all the sandwich was not as good. Poorly put together on not very garlicy, garlic bread and a had a rather thin sliced portion of a chicken breast and lettuce. Mayo and barbecue on the side. For such a signature sandwich, it lacked care and character. Anyway, Sonny's seems to have good barbecue, but the restaurant itself seems dated. Sorry wanted to like this place more. Just came up a little short.

I had to wait a while for the food but that was not a big issue. However, i ordered a 3 meat combo pit, all smoked chicken wings, and I think they cheated cuz they only gave me 6 wings! Also after I paid, I was told that they didn't have baked potato and I had to change by sides. Had to make sure they refunded the $4 bucks they charged for the loaded potatoes that I wasn't getting. So disappointed.

Just went here for the first time tonight and loved it! We were celebrating a friends birthday and had a big group with lots of kids and Grace handled it so well! She was so patient and kind and made the experience 10x better because of it! The food was fantastic too! I had the brisket plate and it was delicious! I know it’s not the most gourmet item either but the tots are seriously the best tots I’ve ever had! Definitely recommend this place!

We buy the family fest for 4 come with a lot of meat and 3 family complements and 4 drinks. It is super good a lot of food and not expensive!!

Ashley and her staff was amazing. I haven't been to a sunnys bbq in a long time but upset I haven't. The food was very good and the party of 8 loved it and can't wait to go back. Thank you staff for the great food

We came in and was seated quickly and we met the friendliest waitress Ashley Scott .her food was on time and she made us feel right at home she was real friendly and I would like to be seated in her section Everytime .you need more people like her on your floor Thank you
My family of 4 came here for lunch Wednesday 12/18 we all got same order bbq sliced pork sandwiches. When I went to salt the fries the salt shaker covered on outside w bugs. We all used the salt shaker so we no shakes bugs on our food. The paper towel and bbq sauces also had dead bugs all over them. I let our waitress know she didn’t seem concerned just offered new food. We left had a great experience at the new Winter Haven location. I called back asked for manager I think I got same waitress on the phone didn’t seem concerned

Tried the new Prime Rib, it was very delicious. The smoke flavors came through amazing. Only wish the sides had more options without the extra nickel and dime charges. But overall the food was good and this Sonny’s is always delicious. Not sure what happened this time, but no cutlery or napkins in my take out order.

First and last time to dine here. Although very nice waitress, service was slow, food served cold (french fries) over cooked cinnamon donuts. Floors were extremely slippery.

Me and my family ate here at the Haines City location , the other night and had the most amazing service ever hands down!!! Our server names was Shana. She was the sweetest person ever ! 20/10 !!! She was absolutely amazing !
