Only one person working and she was rude also forgot to add some ingredients to the food and lie about some of the drink options that they had and all of the tables were very dirty

I’ve grown up in this area, and I’ve ordered the same sandwich, for 20 years. The manager (Betsy) comes up to me, in a very rude manner asking me what bread I want… I then reply with “italian bread” this moron of a manager asks me “White or Cheese?”. Mind you I’ve ordered this sandwich for 20 years now, I’ve always said Italian bread and the employees have always given me Italian bread.. I’m not sure what neuron misfired in that head of hers, but she did not like me pointing out that there was a sign that said Italian bread, afterwards she started babbling in Spanish, which prompted me to speak to her in Spanish and that’s when I noticed her attitude towards me change. Something happened in the Walmart and the shop lifting alarms went off, which prompted her to look at me and say something that I could not understand because of her accent and laugh in an attempt at small talk. It seems like she’s only nice to spanish speakers and due to my skin color she could not tell I was hispanic. The girl at the cash register apologized for her manager’s behavior after she walked away, so that’s a plus, however Betsy somehow ruined the flavour profile of the sandwich that I ordered, mind you it’s the same order I’ve gotten over the last 20 years of my life…

If only I could give 0 stars to this subway, worst costumer service ever. I’m not sure where to start , as soon as I walked in I felt rush by the lady who was taking my order. Her energy wasn’t welcoming at all. When she started prepping my order, she began asking me what kind of cheese I wanted I answered pepper jack and she proceeded to grab white American cheese 🤷🏽‍♀️. She didn’t toast my bread as I requested it , instead she heated up. The entire time I felt like walking away because I didn’t like how she was handling the food. When I asked for spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, I could see how she basically added nothing. I don’t understand why is it so hard to get what I’m paying for? I’m definitely not going back to this store, it feels like you’re asking for free food when I’m actually paying for it. Don’t waste your money!

Did not like the service. Betsy was really rude and did not attempt to assist with my concern about a mobile order I was trying to place before hand. She basically ignored me and continued with the person after me in line. The lady in front of me agreed about how rude the service was and a gentleman that was eating in with his family got up to ask me if I needed help with anything regarding the order. Everyone noticed what happened, even the other employee that was working that day was kind of ashamed about it. I was just going to leave the store and not order anything but I was with my son that was also hungry and I had to run elsewhere. You think the location is convenient because is a one stop shop (Inside Walmart) but if you have enough time, go to a different location unless there is some else that has better customer service skills

I had a great experience at this Subway inside Walmart! The staff was super friendly and quick, even during a busy time. They made my sandwich exactly how I like it, and everything was fresh—from the veggies to the bread.

The place was clean, and they were well-stocked with all the toppings and options. It’s convenient to grab a quick bite while shopping, and the service here definitely stands out compared to other locations. I’ll definitely be coming back!
