This is worst subway ever!!! I've been here quite a few times and am just always disappointed somehow. Done going here. Last time they had no cookie holders so I asked for napkins and they told me that's not allowed. They have a limit for napkins. Today I simply ordered, I requested extra meat and then got a nasty look for asking what I wanted on my sandwich. They were certainly friendly to all the other customers. But I was the only difference in race inside and am majority white. I proceed to finish my order and asked for extra extra black olives. She put a very small amount which is a normal amount in any other subway. I simply requested more. She then told me that's plenty. I was shocked. So I asked if it was her sandwich or mine. She then got an attitude and told me on a 12 inch sub she is only supposed to put 6 baby slices of olives. Instead of saying maybe up charge for them or something. She put 3 more. Why be in customer service to be rude to people.

I came last night and the black lady with the locs was incredibly unprofessional. No greeting. Sprinkled olives on my sandwich after i asked for a lot. When i complained sprinkled a tiny more despite the container being full then told me she was not going to sprinkle anymore. Wasnt listening at all. Asked for spnich and lettuce and she put lettuce and tomato.

Went into get a sub at 9:00 pm and I was told I could not dine in. They do not close till 11 pm. This has happened to me twice at this location. Went in Tuesday night and the young male told me I could not dine in at 9:50 pm when the close at 11 pm and now again by a woman and I was there at 9 pm. Corporate or management will be hearing from me. I even posted their work hours. I will be basting this on my corporate insurance page as I am employed a big time company.

Never write reviews and never has this subway close 15 min early because it doesn’t have “bread” when there was a whole cart of bread behind the employee and kept lying there wasn’t bread.

3rd time my family came in around 730 and they have no bread other then wheat and flatbread. They don’t greet you just have you looking crazy wait for them to finish emptying the trash cans and slice meat in the back. Do better please! In this economy customer service and experience is important. A simple welcome to subway would have been fine but instead we left disappointed again

I ordered a salad through my app for pickup today and a friend picked it up. On my order, I addressed an issue that I have had in the past and when my friend picked up the order, they asked for me to personally address the issue. Now that is customer service even though the issue was not with the ladies who made my order today. The salad I ordered today was made perfectly! It had so much flavor that I did not even have to use dressing on it. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. I tried to call to thank these ladies, but I believe they are having phone issues. So a huge Thank You for the amazing customer service and great lunch ?

You would think tipping online $5 they would at least get the order right. Wrong bread on all sandwiches. Instead of italian and herb like in the recipe, I get white bread.

Personal experience was amazing considering I'm a tourist 5stars all the way around.
They don’t have water cup so either you have to drink soda or you have to pay $2.45 for soda for water cup only
Vegetarian options: This Subway never have Veggie Patty and always they say subway discontinued veggie patty so we have to compulsory buy veggie delight only
