Ordered from the parking lot of the Davenport taco bell. Order went to the Haines city location Unlike other fast chains, which send you to the closest location. I called Haines city taco bell and was told it was not their problem. So now, I have to call my credit card company to dispute Order. Really, taco bell would do this to me for $20.So disappointed 😞.I just received a complimentary gift certificate from the manager for a free entree. I've ordered from this location about 5 or 6 times now after having just moved to the area sadly it's just not a good location. For some reason they have an employee sit outside with an iPad to take your order and don't let you view the outdoor menu or order from it. Their location only lists mt dew zero in the app and not regular mt dew, but when you order the zero they tell you they only have regular once you get there. If you order a large drink they'll sometimes put it in a medium cup and insist that it's a large to the point of arguing, but then other times give you an actual large. It's just an overall mess and I'd go to another location if I could but it's the only taco bell near me.

DOUBLE check your credit card statement every time you visit here. This is the SECOND time they have run my credit card more than once. Each with a different amount (.20 to .50 difference) so the credit card processor sees this as a different transaction. They are now charging for onions and red sauce. Don't believe the BS reason they MUST use your credit/debit card because they don't take cash.

Dirty environment, waited over an hour past my expected mobile pick up time and workers didn’t seem to care, slow service and no customer consideration what so ever, would leave a 0 if I could. Horrible Location that deserves to be shut down.

My dad had an uber eats and went in there and got 4 cheesey roll ups and when I bit into it was raw and sticking to the paper and my mom called and the lady that answered laughed when she answered never come here!

Got a quesadilla and it was burnt. Drive thru is so long and you have to wait for ever and then when you get your food it’s all wrong. Don’t know what happened to this place but it used to be really good. Also got a Crunchwrap twice and both times had no meat in it. Paying extra just for lettuce in a wrap with a few tomatoes for almost 6$ 😱😱.
