August 9.2025 Just left Taco Bell to get an order filled that the manager told me they would replace from door dash. The manager told my husband they will not honor it because it was a week ago and couldn’t remember the manager name. The manager on duty Also advised my Husband that we may have called the wrong location knowing we have an order number and address from Door Dash still didn’t acknowledge we had a receipt left a review with door dash from the night but since we were out of town and waited a week to return they did not let us get the order remade as promised. Told us to call door Dash when the manger told us to come for replacement if I could give O stars I would I felt racially discriminated against as if it was a case of derogatory like I just wanted free food when all I wanted was my order replaced as promised. we work hard for our money I understand stand it was 2:30am but their is no reason our order was completely messed up and not accommodated for because we returned a week later.

This location has really gone down. My 2 sacks were horrible, asked what soda they had answer was we don't have a fountain anymore. Really disappointed

Don’t order nuggets from this Taco Bell when I always go there and order nuggets they’re always overcooked and dry on the inside I try exchanging them once and they were over cooked again then I try going up there to exchange them again and the manager was raising her voice at me telling me she can’t exchange them or give me my refund I will never return to this Taco Bell ever again you lost a customer at your store.
They always get my order wrong, when you try to call they never answer, and they are always rude or act like they do not want to be at work.

Inside is dirty, they never refill the drink flavorings the dr.p,mtn dew & Baja blast were CLEAR ! The workers are rude and don’t acknowledge you we were waiting to get our order taking & 3 different people walked up to the counter 11 times( I counted) we waited and nvr got our order taken we were in there waiting for 25 minutes the manager was also screaming and the atmosphere was not good.

They make you wait at the drive through (they have an employee outside) until the car at the window leaves. So if you place your order in the app it's getting cold if you go through the drive through.... We sat there for 20 min. They also forgot to add the sauces that were ordered in the app... So lesson is don't use the drive through.... This is the second time I thought the first time was a fluke so I tried it again ... Nope.
