Taste of Florida is an iconic small restaurant. They have a small menu but they do have soup, sandwich, and salad combinations. They can also make wraps and smoothies. Lang's is known for their delicious cakes such as an orange layer cake and a strawberry layer cake. They also have orange soft serve ice cream. A small gift shop with local honey and preserves is also part of the restaurant. I know the costs of food have gone up, my chicken salad on a croissant with a small bag of Lays potatoe chips and a very small portion of melon was 12.95. It was an interesting dining experience - you order at the counter and while they bring the food to you at the table, it wasn't an overly cozy or quaint vibe.

Yum! Just had a wonderful tuna sandwich on good toasted wheat bread. Came with fruit and chips and to my surprise and great joy, the fruit was watermelon and orange slices. At other places usually I get grapes and strawberries which I don't care for. This was a very pleasant and refreshing surprise. When in the neighborhood I will definitely swing by. Grabbed a slice of candy bar cake which will be devoured later. Looks moist and delicious.

If you are gonna eat, don’t take it to go.
It gets SOGGY QUICK and turns into a waste of money 😭 even on a 5 minute drive back to where i was. The store is cute. The strawberries were fresh.

First timer, got the Hawaiian croissant. Ham, pineapple ring (canned), Swiss cheese, green leaf lettuce, red ripe tomato and honey mustard dressing on a toasted croissant. Quite good! Came with a perfect watermelon slice and a little bag of Lay's potato chips (maybe a variety on these might be nice).
They are using a biodegradable insulated (foam) cup that can degrade 92% over 4 years!
I've updated the menu pics as all others were at least two years old and prices are higher now.
