Amazing food and service! You can not go wrong with Uncle Taco Mexican Street Food. All of the food and sauces are made from scratch. That means real chicken, pork, beef, nachos etc., made with love and intention. Whether ordering through a food delivery app, over the phone or in-person, the service is unmatched.
I've been to this spot before and tried some of the other trucks but this was my first Uncle Taco experience. I ordered 4 birria tacos and because it was taco Tuesday I got 5, which was just an added bonus. I destroyed all 5 tacos, I could have stopped after 3 but they were so amazing that I could not. So many layers of flavor in such a small tortilla... I don't know how the tortillas even hold all that greatness inside. I had the mild salsa Verde (my wife can't handle spicy)...read full review

Uncle Taco Food Truck was great! No doubt about it.I saw they were at the Epperson Lagoon in Wesley Chapel, & had birria tacos so had to get it.I called in to make my order and it was ready in 15 minutes. I waited a couple min so I went over to the other truck there.Came back and my food was ready. Both our chicken bowl and birria tacos were tasty and the service was great and friendly.Would definitely recommend them if you stumble upon their truck somewhere!
