The person at the window forgot to give me back my debit card I had to GO in and get my card back, and so happens food was ready, but I upsized and that was wrong! One little thing threw the person off her service game..smh.

15 minute wait for a burger and fry so much for fast food and the food was disgusting. We can only hope all these places close because customer service is in the toilet now.

I order the Wednesday Addams meal and didn’t get no frosty, no spoons and it came with the takis bag instead of the Wednesday picture on it. SMH this place always be messing up. And the food was cold

I waited at the drive thru for around 10 minutes and no one ever responded. I get to the window and a black young female with long braids told me that they were closed. It was only 10:14pm and the man in front of me got his meal. Why was it closed? 7/29/25.

I placed an order at the drive thru at 11pm on Sunday June 27th 2025 it was my first time ordering food and picking it up at the window I get there I get in line and go straight to the window I show her my cell phone that I have a mobile order and the woman who served me I don't know her name but she was a chubby young woman she spoke to me loudly and arrogantly she told me I had to get back in line and let the machine know I was there to pick up the order she didn't say it to me in a professional manner she should have told me next time that I had to stand at the machine let them know I arrived and pick up my order but she spoke loudly and wanted to embarrass me in front of her coworkers she told me to get back in line and place the order at the machine and she asked for my name and I gave it to her and she asked me something but I didn't understand her because I don't understand much English and oh I told her that I did She yells at me on the radio in a very racist way and tells me to come to the window, I approach and he gives me the food with a disturbing look so that I feel bad and in the end I say thank you and he scolds me with a loud voice (you're welcome), I will not eat there again, the employees are not professional, they treat you as if you were less than them and besides they gave me the food all thrown away and poorly wrapped in the bag.

And I am a loyal customer because I work near the area and sometimes eat there during the day, but they have already lost a customer because of their arrogance.

Hello, I'd like to preface this that I don't have a problem with the Employees, or anything. The problem is the Drive Thru AI assistant, it is the worst. Every time I have gone here the AI Assistant makes the experience terrible, it won't get the order right, and eventually, you have to pull up to order at the window, or an employee will have to take over for the AI anyway. Making the whole point of there being an AI pointless. It just makes ordering unbearable and makes me not want to even come here.

I really like your new AI ordering system. I was able to verify that my order was correct before proceeding to the drive-in window. It's just too bad the person assembling my sandwich decided to add mayonaise and pickles. Can you extend the AI to controlling assembly of the ordered meal. In defense of the AI, this location always manages to mess up part of my meal.
