This place is literally a mess! My son had a total of 4 yes 4 interviews. First one with Victor he wasn't there he was not coming in that day. My son came back like 3 days in a row. Finally got to meet with a female who didn't even give an actual interview. No genuine apologies for wasting his time repeatedly. My son told Victor he had cooking experience with fastfood when he finally did meet with him and that he was looking forward to hearing back from him.My son has been there a total of 6 times to discuss employment. It's fine to not hire him but when actual employees from the restaurant tell me it's because he's not Hispanic or black there's an issue clearly.

The service was okay, I mean I have worked in a fast food I was even a manger so I know it isn’t easy, but I will mostly not eat here again, I was really craving Wendy’s and I was so excited when my husband brought me Wendy’s buy from the start something was wrong and my husband knew that when I sense something I end up finding it. I bought three burgers they were all raw. Perfectly cooked in the outside the edges but the middle completely pink and every burger got pinker. Like I could get sick from this and it literally just happened tonight, if I get sick i will be sooo mad and this ain’t gonna stay like this.

I dont know what the issue was today but i got my straws to the drinks slapped on the drink carrier shoved at me with no words at all, then when it came to the bags of food they were just shoved in my face three of them while they werent even looking and an entire bag of my order almost on the ground (through the drive thru) This type of service is utterly appalling and honest Mcdonalds has better service and they are known for having the absolute worst

I’ve never been to a place with such poor service an attitude. We placed an online order an upon arrival they didn’t greet us just let us know what they ran out of when we said it was okay they asked if we still wanted anything like it was a trouble to make anything at all. We pulled through the girl told us to pull forward after being very rude an the lady who brought our food out wouldnt even come to the car she looked at us an made my husband get out to grab it… I’ve never in my liffeeee! Ghetto trashy poor service skills an food was cold which was the least of our worries All an all 0/10

Drive through line was long , so we decided to enter and eat inside waited approximately 25 minutes in line to be told no drinks available.
Speed of service through DT was acceptable. Burgers were fresh and well made. Fries were overcooked. Servers were efficient. They could not give ne a receipt through Drive- thru because they had no paper to put in printer.

I walk over to the Wendy's from the truck stop parking lot and try to enter and they have the lobby shut at 6:45pm the drive thru is busy and I walked over to window and asked why the doors closed and cashier shrugs her shoulders. I ask to speak to a manager and I'm ignored. Few minutes passed and a lady opens the door and I ask for manager. I walk in and I'm ignored. Ask why they have doors locked and they say they don't have a cashier. I'm like well the drive thru is open .I asked for manager and young lady says she the managers and walks away. I asked for the corporate phone or district manager info and she tell me to google it. I asked her for her name and she said she not giving me her name. It's ridiculous the customer service in these days.

Not sure why I was just given a bag of 2 large French fries, when I ordered a son of a baconator and some spicy nuggets? Ok? Guy at the drive thru speaker kept yelling over me trying to order, maybe that’s how spicy nuggets and a son of a baconator turned into 2 large fries? Don’t recommend the drive through.
