I waited at the drive thru for around 10 minutes and no one ever responded. I get to the window and a black young female with long braids told me that they were closed. It was only 10:14pm and the man in front of me got his meal. Why was it closed? 7/29/25.

I placed an order at the drive thru at 11pm on Sunday June 27th 2025 it was my first time ordering food and picking it up at the window I get there I get in line and go straight to the window I show her my cell phone that I have a mobile order and the woman who served me I don't know her name but she was a chubby young woman she spoke to me loudly and arrogantly she told me I had to get back in line and let the machine know I was there to pick up the order she didn't say it to me in a professional manner she should have told me next time that I had to stand at the machine let them know I arrived and pick up my order but she spoke loudly and wanted to embarrass me in front of her coworkers she told me to get back in line and place the order at the machine and she asked for my name and I gave it to her and she asked me something but I didn't understand her because I don't understand much English and oh I told her that I did She yells at me on the radio in a very racist way and tells me to come to the window, I approach and he gives me the food with a disturbing look so that I feel bad and in the end I say thank you and he scolds me with a loud voice (you're welcome), I will not eat there again, the employees are not professional, they treat you as if you were less than them and besides they gave me the food all thrown away and poorly wrapped in the bag.
And I am a loyal customer because I work near the area and sometimes eat there during the day, but they have already lost a customer because of their arrogance.

Hello, I'd like to preface this that I don't have a problem with the Employees, or anything. The problem is the Drive Thru AI assistant, it is the worst. Every time I have gone here the AI Assistant makes the experience terrible, it won't get the order right, and eventually, you have to pull up to order at the window, or an employee will have to take over for the AI anyway. Making the whole point of there being an AI pointless. It just makes ordering unbearable and makes me not want to even come here.
I really like your new AI ordering system. I was able to verify that my order was correct before proceeding to the drive-in window. It's just too bad the person assembling my sandwich decided to add mayonaise and pickles. Can you extend the AI to controlling assembly of the ordered meal. In defense of the AI, this location always manages to mess up part of my meal.

Horrible! I did a mobile order that means I placed my order 15 mins before I even got there. I waited 20 mins in line. When I finally get to the window I see why I waited so long. Every single employee was starring at their phones doing NOTHING. after sitting at the window another 15 mins she says can you pull forward I said what?!! No if you don't give me my food right now I'm posting this pic of you I took with my review I'm gonna write of you standing here for 15 mins on your phone! She put her phone right in her pocket and started actually doing something and gave me my order. This is ridiculous management needs to do a better job because these employees do not work!!!

unbelievable experience. many fast food chains do not care about their food presentation nor their hospitality but in this case we were delighted to visit early morning where the restaurant was clean and comfortable. all of the condiments were stopped and available to us. not to mention the food was exceptional , hot and fast . your workers were awesome for to be as early as it was, they didn't seem aggravated or as they didn't want to be at work like many do ..early morning LOL. we are not from the area but we definitely will visit here every time we're in town.
