I ordered a Zaxby’s salad and it was extremely disappointing. The container had barely any lettuce, hardly any chicken, and was mostly just toppings thrown together. For the price, this is unacceptable, a salad should actually contain salad. I decided to go back to ask for extra toppings and the manager said: it comes like that sorry. So I decided I wanted my money back.
Conclusion: they would rather throw the whole salad away then adding some more toppings. Do better Zaxby’s!

Place was clean, tables were not sticky or dirty. My food was hot and ready to go. Good portions. Staff was friendly. No weirdos behind the counter..

I wish there was 10 STARS cuz they would get 11!! Mary was so friendly and helpful with our somewhat special order as it was my wife’s first time at a Zaxbys! The smile on her face when she tasted it was PRICELESS! The whole crew there looks very happy and iykyk when the work atmosphere somewhere is like it is at this location, YOU HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL! Thank you!!

Zaxby's being a chain, you know what type of food and service to expect. This was on par. I did try the Asian glaze chicken strips and it was pretty good, can't say great but it was something different. The food was hot so that was not an issue. There was a some ants in on of the booths we tried and had to move to another.

I was so excited a Zaxby's 35 mins from me I Went to this location and they forgot my cheese curds I did not realize till I got home I called the manager she took my receipt information and said to come when I can to pick them up when I did I did not get my cheese curds or refund manager are very rude and forget ful bad customer service in this place I would go to any Zaxby's but this location they don't take care of there customers period over cheese curds so if u do go to this location make sure you have all that you ordered because they won't refund you and they will mistreat you!!!

Online order received and after arriving home half of the order was missing. After speaking with the “manager”. I was told I would have to drive all the way back to the restaurant with the order in order for them to do anything. No refund no other options at all. I will not be back.

Visiting family in Florida. Stopped on the way there. My husband wanted to go there more as a souvenir from his time in the military. It was freshly made food, you can tell the staff works hard and the kids loved their milkshakes so overall not bad at all for fast food

Lastnight I had ordered 2 fried pickles, on my way home I took one wasn’t sure if it was fried pickles or just the burnt crust , wasn’t too happy for my order… the employee needs to at least pay attention on how long the pickles needs to be fried
