After purchasing two subs on my way home from work for dinner and being unable to eat them because the bread was so tough and chewy I couldn't even cut it with a sharp knife. I stopped the next night to ask the manager to at least comp me for one of them and he said I needed to have the receipt which I did. Sent my daughter Friday night to this location to get 3 subs. There was about 15 teens hanging out in here. All 3 of my sandwiches I wanted bacon on and toasted. None were toasted and to top it off none of the bacon was cooked. Disgusting and will NEVER go to this location again!!!

If you go to Subway and you want to Chiro, a pretzel or a cookie, he better expect to pay more than advertised price for them. I got a whole dinner plate of food for less than what it cost for one chirp & one pretzel.

Since the previous managers passing, this establishment has gone beyond downhill. What was once a place of enjoyment for a staple of the Hastings community, it has now become nothing but harassment and despair. Ronnie, is mentally handicapped and has been a local resident his entire life. He has always treated everyone with respect and helps out at the different stores in this town. For him to come into this establishment to be bullied, ridiculed and then TRESPASSED is absolutely absurd. The owner, Dave, seems to be quite okay with his employees discriminating and bullying the mentally handicapped community. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened to him with these recent employees. Do a better interview process when hiring, you can't have great customer service with incompetent employees.

I worked there. When food is expired the managers change the date to keep expired food. When they drop food on the floor they serve it anyway. Food is being eaten off line. Very unsanitary store. They didn’t even offer ppe for cleaning bathrooms. They said use deli gloves. This store in Hasting needs some serious help!!!! This is the reason I couldn’t come back to work there.

I ordered on the app at 2:15 and gave me a 20 min delivery time when it didn't show up tried calling the store no answer went back and delivery was changed to 3:45 called the whole time no answer finally got it at 3:55 and the order was wrong they must have toasted it when I ordered it and the left off the cheese and oil and vinegar and they still don't answer the phone so I can't even call and find out what happened.I will never go there again
