Fresh food for Burger King. Ran through the drive through, usually don't eat a lot of fast food... But it was surprisingly good.

I was going through the drive through at the store in Havana outside Tallahassee. A man was yelling on the phone at someone. Nobody was answering the order speaker.
So the man, whom I found out was the General Manager, goes inside the store.
Out comes a woman (aka, the Manager) gets in her car and leaves . By now there is three of us in line ,been waiting about 9 minutes to place an order. Luckily she comes back after another +/- 7 minutes.
Finally a lady answers the order speaker 🔊 . Needless to say there are more very angry people behind me.
When I finally got to pick up my lunch , I let them know that it's a disgrace that the General Manager and the Manager leaves the store during a busy lunch time, and the order lady is running 🏃 crazy up and down to do her job and help the only cook there.
And then the food wasn't good either.
Very unpleasant lunch. I'll be back though, hopefully I'll have a more pleasant experience.

Mozzarella Fries were a complete waste of money. They burned them and there is no cheese in them.

And this location just needs help. Have to repeat your order multiple times in the drive through and wait times are always long.

Slow location, waited for good I preordered on app, received Delicious HOT fries and a COLD burger??? I just don't understand, make it make sense. Waiting all that time to get it half right and serving COLD burger???

We ordered an online order, they don’t close until midnight. We got there around 10:30 and the workers and manager locked themselves inside and refused to answer any customers. They did not refund me my money. And they laughed at the cops face we had called on them. They need to be shut down

Damn stupid people can't read a damn screen. Get 3 meals missing Fry's from one and the sandwich in the meal was supposed to be plain!! That means not a damn thing on it! Are people that work in fast food actually this incompetent that they can't read a screen right! Apparently the one in Havana can't. Not the first time this has happened. And won't be the last.

My MAIN COMPLAINT at this location is the INSANE AMOUNT OF MAYONNAISE smothered on their whoppers or any sandwich with mayo. No lie, no exaggeration... they must put a quarter cup of mayonnaise on these sandwiches. It's absolutely disgusting. I forgot why I stopped going here until my recent visit and was quickly reminded how awful it is!!Quick and friendly service is a hit or a miss. I've had very polite employees here and some that treat me as an inconvenience for even thinking of stopping here to order food.

We just pulled and one of the employees is smoking weed at the back of the restaurant. We didn't order food. It pissed me off so much we just kept it moving. How do I know it was weed? As soon as my husband opened the door you could smell the stinking mess. No excuse for that level of sorry behavior.

Why did I turn around and go elsewhere? If the sorry joker is careless enough to smoke at work then they are not caring about the quality of my food, nor they're personal hygiene. This is obviously a normal occurance. I counted three white buckets turned upside down where he was sitting ?. Such a waste. If I could give give this establishment a -10 I would.

I used their App, terrible, might want to look at McDonald's App. Had an iced coffee and a cheese burger. Again you might want to go to McDonald's to see what your doing wrong.
