Had the ribs for lunch. They were jet black. Meat was tender, but full of bone shards. I'm from out of town, so wouldn't go back again.
This is our first time going to Chuck Wagon BBQ we couldn't believe it's right here in town so if you want some real open pit barbecue I definitely recommend chuck wagon you need to try the baby back ribs they're unbelievable but the service and the food was excellent no complaints definitely recommend

A quaint little “hole in the wall” restaurant that makes some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. This is one of Havana, Florida’s little gems, located across the NAPA store and right next to the Marathon gas station headed towards Quincy on Highway 267/12.My grandmother always made the best Cole slaw, and the only other I will eat is Sonny’s. Well, I can attest their Cole slaw is almost identical to grandma’s recipe. Took me right back to younger years and happy memories.If you haven’t tried this restaurant, GO!And dang, their peach cobbler is amazing!Mmmmmmm
Parking: This is a pull-up-and-park along the grass in a little parking lot. No fancy asphalt, just sand - but oozing with charm and lots to look at. They even have picnic tables that are great when it’s spring or fall.
Kid-friendliness: There are so many Knick knacks and memorabilia that any kid will be occupied looking at everything!
