Third time I've been here in 2yrs. All 3 times the service has been horrible! The staff make me feel as if I'm and inconvenience to them for being here. The food is some what okay but nothing like any of the other el jalisco in Tallahassee. I am 1 of 3 people, 1 of 2 tables eating. There are 3 tables that had not been cleaned and were still dirty when I left. Management needs to do some serious improvements! Maybe the owners need to visit more often or something.

I am a BIG fan of the El Jalisco chain of Mexican Restaurants.However after visiting nearly 15 of these, Blountstown Florida (my favorite) snd Eugaila, AL are the only 2 ill give a 5 STARSThis one was simply OK.
Great food, decent service, but the atmosphere could use some work. It's an older place so taking that into consideration, there are still things you can do to dress things up. As for the service, the people are friendly and bring the food out very quickly but the refills are very slow; never allow a customer's glass to be less than half full. I always leave a tip but I feel like I'm overpaying when I tip if you don't keep checking on me and my fellow guests. Overall, keep in mind the food is good, so please visit but leave your own review and mention the things needing improvement so that this can go from a good experience to a great experience.

Just left after sitting for 15 minutes and never approached by a waiter or waitress. Dirty and smelt horrific. Health inspection should probably be done. While we were patiently waiting I observed Inch thick dust on blinds lettuce plastered to to ketchup bottle. Filthy.
