Hwy 27 grill and bbq

Hidden in Havana, FL is an awesome little place called Highway 27 Grill & BBQ. The shrimp and grits was surprisingly good with the jalapeno gravy. The pulled pork sandwich had a great flavor without any sauce but, all of the sauces tasted great as well. This place is definitely a hidden gem and worth a visit.

So good! Its always nice to have a local place provide good food and good service! That Black and Blue burger is freaking awesome!!

Love this place! GOOD home cooking with friendly people. I'm not usually a burger person and I usually get theirs every time. Delicious!

Met the owner really great guy!!He was genuinely curious if we liked our food!!It was absolutely amazing.i had pork chop plate with mashed taters and fried okra every bit good to the last bite and used no sauce in the chop!!amazing quality food!! Hands down best place in Havana I will def drive almost two hours from home to being my wife for dinner..Hats off to the chef!! And no I never met him before but I have def eaten here several times already tho..

Yeah, it was a perty great place to be eating some chow. Had some good old fashioned republican paraphernalia and Fox News on the TV. I was around the fourth customer, maybe sixth, and the service was very good. Amy is tall. We miss Alex but the service is exquisite and the food tastes like my mami’s home cookin. It could be cheaper, but that’s because I work a minimum wage job and McDonalds gets old.

Great food and great service but they really need to be more attentive to the restrooms. There's an empty paper towel machine on the wall but a roll of paper towels on the side of the sink. How do I know it's not fell on the floor? The cardboard part in the center is soaked. Disgusting

Amazing food and staff! Brisket and smoked turkey are on point. Try the baked beans, cole slaw, and fried crab claws!

Not a review exactly, but I came with my mother Sunday and they were closed. Their hours on Facebook indicated they were open, but I called just to be sure. Did not get an answer, but the phone message also gave the hours, same as FB. Is it too much trouble to update the phone message and FB page to indicate the correct hours?

Service and food are ALWAYS so wonderful. My family and I love going here, and we recommend this to everyone in the area!!

Really love their copious meaty ribs. Really like that they're not inundated with so much sauce that you can't taste the meat. Nice to get barbecue where the flavor of the meat really comes through. Sides are excellent, they're grilled squares of macaroni and cheese are a delight.

If you want to eat here, order WAY in advance. Placed an order ( several weeks back, waited awhile, didn't want to make a knee j*** post ) and was told 45min wait. Okay, it is what it is, got there after 45 mins to pick up the order. I was told it would be another 20mins. afer a 5 mins. I was told they didn't have any more bread for our sandwhiches. I kindly told them to cancel the order and left empty handed. Glad I had not paid in advance! Sadly after talking with several others, they too have had very similar issues! It sounds like the owner doesn't have very good management skills!

I travel through Havana, FL quite often, but have never stopped in. That will change. Food was great. Ribs, Hamburgers (on a fresh bun), baked beans, mac and cheese, fried okra - all delicious.
