Oscar's has a truly amazing ambiance, especially out on the back patio. Sitting on the back patio, it really is an ultra-cool vibe and I would definitely recommend enjoying your meal on the patio (weather permitting, of course). Oscars is always my go-to spot to get a great meal. The owner is so kind, the staff treats everyone special, and the food is consistently delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!Pasta salad - you gotta try it!DOG FRIENDLY TOO ?

I have been working all week in Havana and when I passed by the store on Monday, the owner stopped to chat for a bit. Gave me a bit of the backstop and invited me back when the shop was open and man am I glad I took him up on that!The staff was nothing less than cheerful and greeting with smiles from ear to ear.
