The food is always good, but not ready at the scheduled time. I get an email with a 'ready by' time of 15-20 minutes after the order is placed. When I get to the store to pick it up at the scheduled time, it's another 15-30 minute wait. There are usually several other customers waiting on orders, too.

I order a medium thin crust veggie pizza for delivery. When I received it half of the pizza was bunrt. I call pizza hut in Havana to let them know. I didn't remember the young lady name but she said that's the way it should be. Very dissatisfied

This place gets a good review due to the welcoming atmosphere as soon as they seen me. The staff were professional and ethical, the food was good, and the staff is what made the atmosphere good. I give them 5 stars for my experience.
