The people here act as though they don't understand what you're saying half the time and you have to repeat yourself over and over. Plus they refuse to take coupons that come in the mail just because they wanna be greedy. I wish there was a different sub place here instead like Firehouse Subs. I only eat here because the food selection in Havana is minimal.

I get like 10 Subway coupons in the mail from Subway Corporate every year. Then I bring em in to a local Subway, and they are refused???

Subway is just not worth the money if the penny-pinching franchise owner is forcing you to pay full price. They even ask for tips now on credit card transactions, so they expect you to pay their sandwiches artists extra while refusing all coupons.

I usually just get a special made salad, and the ingredients are always fresh. The 2 new people working there are really good at adding the correct ingredients and having it made by the time I arrive, which I really appreciate!

The new people in front speak LITTLE to no English. They don’t have a clue what you’re saying or what they’re doing, it’s very apparent. Incredibly frustrating. You will literally have to do sign language and point around like your playing a game of charades.

Food is good , staff is overworked in a lunch rush. Ordered 12:11 , ready for pickup " 12:30 " , subs wasnt ready till 12:51. Seen my online order ticket on the food table and it sat....watched no less then 6 people come in and get a sub made and walk out while my ticket sat. Figured subs would be made in the order in which they were recieved but not the case. 19 people in line with 2 employees making subs from 12:30-12:51 thats almost a sub a minute , they needed help.

We ordered a cold cut with veggies. We got home the sandwich was wrapped upside down. No oil or vinegar & no salt & pepper. Plus there was only one piece of meat. We will not be going back!!

Absolutely horrible food. I ordered online and they put rotten lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich. They were out of one of the meats that my subway series sandwich calls for and called me for a substitute. Then charged me extra for double meat and didn't even receive double meat. Shameful service.

PLEASE CHANGE OWNERS AND FULL GUT RENOVATE! Last night was our last visit to this shop. The employees act as if they don't know what they are doing or are supposed to be doing. One employee spoke so low that I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. Then apparently that is a problem that we caused. None of the food looked fresh or even non-toxic. Lettuce was browning, pickles were a color they shouldn't be. the worst was the mozzarella...it was molded! They were out of so many things. Havana needs to address this. There are so few places to eat at already, this place is taking up prime real-estate that a restaurant that isn't trying to serve food poisoning could be! Please, gut and start over. This place has been given too many chances only to keep declining. These locals, friends and family will never be back.

Stopped in here the other day to get a sub, and as I was waiting for my turn when I noticed two roaches crawling on the glass area where the food and vegetables are kept. I pointed it out to one of lady’s that was working and she seemed like it was no big deal! Yikes!!!
I passed on getting a sub here and will not be back.
I think the new owners and (obviously) the employees don’t care about sanitation or health concerns.
