It was a VERY long wait to receive our order, but the food was freshly made. So if you are on your way somewhere and don't have time to sit around for thirty minutes, then this place is not for you. Also, if the employees would rather be on their phones than to work and argue with the manager in front of customers- fire them. The appearance of some of the younger staff members dangling cigarette lighters from their pants was totally unprofessional. The place was very busy. There needs to be staff solely dedicated to the long line inside and additional staff dedicated to the long drive thru line.

Half and half...they didn't bring it...I ask for it...same girl brings straight Tea and says here is your half and half.....as if I can't tell by looking at it it's just tea....AND UNSWEETENED. LOL. I smile...I leave amd always write a review.

The wait is so bad that it's not even worth going. The last time I went through the drive through I waited for 30 minutes and my order was missing items. We literally have 2 options for drive thru fast food in Hawthorne and this is one of them :(
Disaster.... avoid Unorganized, broken machines, numerous customers coming back with wrong orders We eventually left after 40 mins, lost our order completely Stay away!!!

Solely based on Service. Spent 30-45 mins waiting in drive-thru just to pay and then get food. Instead of moving customers with "large" orders to the cubside pickup spots, they just have them wait at the window for what seems like an eternity. There has to be a better process as this is located at a frequently visited gas stop for travelers and truck drivers. At no point did the employees seem to show hustle or apathy for the long wait.

I did not eat at this McDonald's. However, I did use the restroom, which was horrible. I did let the lovely young lady at the counter know the restroom needed attention.
The young lady at the counter was nice and courteous. I left because I was not eating in the restaurant after seeing the bathroom. I knew no one working washed their hands or paid any attention to the state of the bathroom. I ate at Zaxby's next door, which was just OK. I've had better customer service (and food) at Zaxby's.
