The food was satisfactory it was the price.who the heck wants to pay 14 bucks for a sandwich with such a small portion of meat.unless you catch a special or promotion of sort it's not a good value.

My wife & I are long distance bike touring, currently from St Augustine, FL to San Diego, CA. Subway is (by far) our place of choice for lunch/dinner. We stop almost every day when touring.
The food is always very good & the service excellent
. Except for today at this location.
We parked our bikes outside the window & chose the table inside by the bikes. The table needed cleaning so I asked the guy if I could have a cloth so that I could clean the table. His response was
 “There are napkins behind you - use those.” After repeating my request, he came out with some sort of sanitized cloth
 rolling his eyes and repeating
 “Ya could have used napkins!”
We usually tip generously at all our Subway stops
 NOT today.
As always
 the food was great but the service needs a little attitude adjustment.

I came in there the other day and was ordering me and my friend was sharing a sub and the guy was super rude and then purposely cashed me out for something I didn't ask for then when I try to call and speak to a manager and nobody answers oh and when I asked him his name he refused to tell me his name

I frequently visit this location, and I have noticed an ongoing issue when ordering the Veggie Patty. If the ladies who normally assist are not available, it becomes very difficult to place my order. Several of the other staff members seem unfamiliar with this menu item and have responded in a way that feels dismissive and unprofessional.

I kindly request that the staff receive proper training on Subway’s full product offerings, including the Veggie Patty, so they are better prepared to serve all customers. Additionally, reinforcing customer service standards would greatly improve the experience at this location.

I just placed my first order from the app. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and I asked to have it toasted. The sandwich came with shredded rotisserie chicken, no bacon and not toasted. Highly inconvenient. Also, my son’s kids meal didn’t come with the kids juice box or apple sauce, I had to about those items before leaving the store. Overall, an unpleasant experience

Swung in here to grab lunch on my way to host an open house for one of my sellers listings. Great staff. Super friendly and engaged. The whole establishment was clean and orderly and you can clearly see their pride of work.

They Close a 10:00 but Lobby is close at 8:30. How is that possible!!!!. So whatever you want to eat you need to take with you,because they decide to put the chair on the table. And then they talk to you with attitude they don’t care if you have kids. Subway need new Manager and employees in this store.

One star is a good rating. I am not sure when employees were allowed to wear shorts and no hat, esp when the shorts have butterfly’s all over them, no name tag now uniform shirt, just a plain black shirt. Unprofessional to say the least, lights on the open sign must be out because they never are on.

Went there at 8 when they close at 10 and the doors were locked and they told me the floors were wet to come back later. I will never go back to that Subway

Closes early never what the time says on the door the manager needs to be fired. Closing 2 1/2 hours early are you kidding me. 1 star.

I was unable to use the online app, kept getting message that sub was unavailable, regardless of what sub i chose.
I had a tuna sub and ended up with food poisoning. I didn’t want to leave this review but nobody answers the phone and I tried repeatedly. I wonder if the tuna spoiled during our recent power outage due to the hurricane
