Steaks were so good!!! Salad was to die for the dressing is so good!!!

This is like an old woods cottage Lodge type decor. The food is good. What I had of it. It was my first time so I got the gator and I got the chowder which was not what I expected. A little spicy but good. The waitress and the hostess was very nice and kind and efficient. Price wasn't too bad. I look forward to coming back and experiencing some of their other dishes like the venison and I'm really wanting to try but it wasn't hungry enough to order it tonight so I'll see you soon. Thanks for being there!

One of a kind old Florida restaurant. Love the decor and atmosphere. Great service at the bar. The bartenders are the best, Ann is friendly and professional. The history in the place is like stepping back in time, need to see.

First time there and really enjoyed it! We were greeted by friendly staff and seated promptly. We were there for a late lunch so it wasn't really crowded. My bacon cheese burger was cooked like I ordered and tasty. My wife got the clam chowder and salad and said the chowder was really good with a lot of clams. We asked about dessert and the server recommended the seasonal orange pie. It did not disappoint! If you like old Florida types of places it's a must. Established in the 50's it's very rustic, take a walk around it's quite interesting inside. Will return.

Hostess, Waitress and Table assistant were fabulous, friendly and very attentive.

Food was good but servers were great. Neat place to visit and learn a little.

Came in for lunch, 2 of us had burgers and 2 had venison sandwiches. Burgers were just ok, the venison sandwiches were so-so, fries tasted old and looked like the bottom of the bag.
The burgers were $14 for a plain one, venison sandwiches were $19.
Service was excellent and the place was full of interesting stuff and seemed authentic. Except for the stinky bathrooms which need help.
Might want to stop and look at it, but not eat.

This was my first time going to this restaurant. I chose it because it was a special day for me. It was my 65th Birthday. I wanted to eat at a restaurant that I had never been to. The food was not only fantastic but the portions were large. There were 7 people in our party,not one complaint of any kind about their dinner quite the opposite, everyone said their food was awesome. Kacey was our server, she did a marvelous job. Before or after you eat take a few minutes to look around, there are "wow" moments around every corner. If you want a wonderful dinning experience try the Yearling I promise you won't be disappointed.

Celebrated a milestone birthday with 7 guests. We all ordered something different. Everyones meal was fantastic, the service was great, the nostalgic setting was relaxing. Definitely a 10☆ highly recommend. Can't remember the last time I enjoyed such splendid dinner!♡

Parking: Fried green tomatoes, green beans, sweet potatoes, venison, cheese cake, reeses peanut butter pie. Good sized portions.
