Authentic Italian food prepared by a true Italian chef!! Food was nothing short of delicious! Server Vincenzo was very attentive and friendly. There is an outside courtyard to sit at as well as indoor seating with a bar; we sat outside and it was a lovely ambience.

The place wasn't packed. But Charlie Russo was playing live music he is awesome. The food was amazing we have great attention with the server. Planning to go back with my parents hopefully will get same services.

We tried to like this place. We went several times to try the food when they just opened. Then we invited a large group and all of the food was wrong, cold food, wrong food, over cooked steak. And on top of all of that the air conditioner was broken and we were all HOT. I felt so bad. We are waiting to see if things get better. .

Great restaurant with wonderful food and terrific service. My wife, daughter and I had a pre-Mothers day dinner and it was terrific. Wife had the veal marsala, I had mussels and clams and the daughter had stuffed shells...all dinners were terrific. Look forward to our next visit at this wonderful local restaurant.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and staying at a hotel across the street from the restaurant. A group of us walked to the restaurant. The restaurant was busy but not crowded. We told the manager we had a group of 13. He appeared dumbfounded and as though he didn't want the business. We provided him suggestions how to seat the adults and boys separately. The adults sat at a table for 8 in front of the bar while the boys waited in the lobby for another table to be prepared. The manager and staff ignored us for 15 minutes. They didn't offer us menus or drinks. We finally got up and left and no one said a word to us as we walked out. Great business model for running a restaurant!

Never knew how big this place was. The inside of the restaurant decor is appealing to the eye. The wait staff was friendly and the food, was just amazing. I recommend this place. You would have never of though by the way its tucked into the shopping center that it would be this good!

This place is a gem, right on the water. Red sauce Italian but with a light hand....preparations were done with care. Highly recommend. Great eggplant parm, a wonderful alternative to the crap chain restaurants in the area. Go sit outside, enjoy the bounty of a locally owned, independent owned business.

I am so glad that a restaurant of such high quality went into this location. The specially prepared carpaccio was the best I've ever had, which is saying a lot. The lamb chops are succulent perfection and the Bolognese sauce is full of excellent flavors. I am very impressed with the attentive and personalized service, but they are not overbearing, so you can sit and enjoy your meal as long as you please, with no pressure. This has become my favorite local restaurant in Sanford and I hope they don't leave anytime soon!

Hidden gem.Food was amazing. Lasagna more cheese then meaty. Romantic but casual atmosphere. Alcoholic drink didnt contain much alcohol but still tasted good. Had live music outside. Great for parties,engagement.birthdays etc. Lots of parking. Service was amazing and friendly.
