Started off with the house martini, a Molly Brown Ale a craft beer from Central 28 & seared Ahi Tuna, Sushi grade ahi rolled in spices and sesame seeds. Entries from the Chef's Selection menu, short ribs with buttersquash & tsalmon almondine were absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable.

Stonewood Grill & Tavern in Heathrow was the perfect host for our February Rotary Social Networking Night! A huge thank you to the management team—Brionna and Cameron—for arranging a fantastic private room that made it easy for our group to connect and enjoy the evening together.

The bartenders and servers were wonderful, and a special shout-out to Britney for her attentive, friendly service that made everyone feel welcome. The chefs also deserve recognition—the bites they prepared were an outstanding showcase of the quality Stonewood is known for.

If you’re looking for a great place for dinner, drinks, or hosting a gathering, I highly recommend visiting Stonewood Grill & Tavern in Heathrow. And be sure to come see them at the 20th Annual Taste of Lake Mary on March 30, 2026—you won’t want to miss what they bring!

We love this local restaurant. Recently had a celebration dinner for my Non Profit organization. We reserved the private room and Stonewood took care everything from there. Our servers were amazing and food was on point. Looking forward to hosting our event in 2027.

We regularly go to Stonewood in Heathrow and two nights ago, Saturday, we arrived at 8:15. My daughter and I had a long day driving to a Central Florida singing competition and she placed first in her category. We wanted to celebrate and I wanted her to feel special about her hard work and accomplishment. And we were so hungry as it was a long day! Even though we sat down after 8 to have dinner, the staff was so gracious to us. Gina and Britney provided us with the best service. They didn't miss a beat and were gracious and quick to greet us even though the bar was very busy. We had a delicious meal of short ribs with ravioli and salmon with green beans and rice. So delish! And of course....the best part of the celebration....creme brulee! I can't thank them enough for making our night special. We love our neighborhood Stonewood Grill! Thanks Gina and Britney!

The last time I ordered a burger from Stonewood's, I found a burned wooden stick (maybe a tooth pick) in the burger when I bit into it. I did let management know, and realize mistakes happen. Since I found the stick cooked inside the burger without breaking a tooth or swallowing it, I didn't make a claim. However, I did expect some type of followup from management which told me they would investigate it and let me know. I even sent a picture.. Never heard anything back,, so we have stayed away for a while. Tonight, we ordered 3 cheese burgers to go. My husband requested no sauces, but said yes to the rest of the fixings. We ended up with 3 plain cheeseburger with nothing else on them. Just beef, cheese and bun. Thankfully, the burgers were cooked just right, medium rare. What happened to lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion? Again, we are paying "nice restaurant" prices for less than fast food service. Really sad to see the decline at this once favorite restaurant.

My family and I went to Stonewood for my dad’s birthday. The staff went out of their way to make it a very special evening. The food was amazing, from the appetizers to our entrees.
The desserts were out of this world. Our server Emmie was absolutely amazing which made our visit even more pleasant.

My wife and I decided to take a gamble and walk into Stonewood Grill & Tavern on Valentine’s Day, knowing full well it would be one of the busiest nights of the year,,,, From the moment we stepped inside, the hosts were so welcoming and kind. They did let us know it was a busy evening and that only the bar tops and high tops were available, but they immediately went to check on options for us!

To our surprise they reserved a high top that had just opened up,,,, they had it cleared and set right away, and made sure we were comfortable so we could enjoy the Valentine’s features. That extra effort did not go unnoticed

The manager, Brionna, stopped by to check on us, and even Chef Stephen came out to say hello,,, Especially on such a hectic night. It truly felt like they cared about every guest in the room.

We were thrilled to enjoy the Lobster feature, and everything was prepared beautifully. Thank you to our server and the bartenders for creating such an awesome experience,,,

(I actually deleted my previous review just so I could write this one,,,they were all just that fantastic. We’ll absolutely be back!)

The peach bourbon pork chop was absolutely amazing. Best I’ve ever had. Also enjoyed the chocolate bread pudding for dessert. Our servers Britney and Nick were very attentive and friendly.

We have dined at the Heathrow Stonewood Grill & Tavern since they opened and have had many great meals there. A few years ago the management changed and the food and service was not as good. Today on Valentine's Day we decided to go again and I'm so glad that we did. 5 star service all the way. Everything from making the reservation (using AI service called Jasmine) to being greeted, seated, ordering and, of course, the food, was excellent. Our waiter was David M and Cam was on the grill. We also met Allison, the regional director, who stopped by our table to chat. I ordered the Bistro Tenderloin & Lobster Tail. Great choice! The lobster was tender and succulent and the tenderloin medallions were perfectly cooked medium well, as ordered. The portion size was large, by the way. My husband went with his old standby, Blackened chicken pasta. He stated that it was a good as ever, a plate overflowing with chicken, bowtie pasta, spinach and asparagus, all with a delicious cream sauce. He even had enough to take home for another meal. We finished our meal with chocolate bread pudding, topped with a huge portion of ice cream and a decadent chocolate cookie. I felt like I was totally pampered tonight.
