found the lazy lizard to be unfriendly, service slow.. had to ask for mult things that were suppost to come with meal. ketchup, tartar sauce etc. food was cold by the time we receivedit, food... well the grouper had bones, the gator so rubbery you couldn't chew it. the " ranch dressing " didn't taste anything like ranch dressing

excellent service portion size and everything was so delicious. worth the trip from Inverness. thank you.

Great social place , if you like music (everyday) meeting new friends and great food this is the place to go !! Also you can see the wildlife in the canal while you dine !! Don’t skip the dessert made in house !!

I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with the owner a few times, and his passion for creating top-notch food really shines through in every dish. The weekend breakfast menu is a standout, and the Bananas Foster French Toast is absolutely out of this world! The vibe is made even better with live entertainment every day, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Highly recommend checking it out—there’s truly nothing not to love about this place!

What great place. Our server, Ally, was just splendid. Very attentive and cordial. All the staff were very busy and no one was seen standing around. Food was phenomenal. Sunday's entertainment was great. Atmosphere was jovial and the cocktails and beer was flowing.

This place was a true surprise!! Busy..great Sunday afternoon place to come for libations, terrific food and music! Jody was our waitress..let me tell you..she’s quick!!!
Peel and eat shrimp were huge. Burgers to die for and cooked to perfection. And then the fish sandwich was massive!!
Great place!! Highly recommend!!

I was very impressed with The Lazy Lizard! It's a little off the beaten path, so I was completely surprised. The food was absolutely amazing! The chef definitely knows what they're doing! The flavors were to die for and everything was cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable. Then, to top it all off, we had a great time with The Jorge Valentine Band! Cannot fathom having that much talent across the board. All four members are out of this world talented! What an awesome night!

The food and service were good however, the music was extremely loud. Very difficult to have a conversation. There were nine of us there and none of us could hear each other talking. The waitress said it’s usually even louder. She said they have had multiple complaints so I’m not sure why they don’t have the bands turn the music down. I like loud music, but not at 6:30 PM when I’m trying to have dinner and talk with friends.

What a great little gem of a place. Great atmosphere, friendly service. The band that played tonight really had a great variety of music that kept everyone dancing and singing along. The food was very very good. Everywhere I Go I always have to try the hamburger. I was not disappointed. I will definitely be back.
