I am glad to see they are CLOSED! Hopefully for good. Quite expensive in my opinion.I am hoping someone else will open the space up and really do something worthwhile with it.

We had the fish and chips and seafood platter. The restaurant is very unique. The seafood was fresh and breaded on site to order. Everything was ok, my suggestion would be to cut the fish in smaller more fryer friendly sizes. And slice the big sea scallops in two.Chef...

AWESOME Food! Huge portions. Great friendly smile service. We sat outside. Great view of the beautiful lake. Note. I would recommend that they use disposable place mats outside on the tables which really needed to be pressure washed, because of so much use; also, be careful going down the steps. The steps drop down considerably and make sure you hold on to the rail.

This is the restaurant you will talk about in anxious anticipation of trying everything on the menu. The food, view and service are all reasons you will come back. The blackened haddock and fried fish sandwich are to die for. Beautiful lake view with inside or outside seating. Pet friendly too! We are not from this area but have already been back numerous times. You won’t be disappointed.

Really enjoyed the Bait Shop. Food and atmosphere were both great.

Good Seafood. Puts Stumpknockers to shame. Their specials are always on point. I had Trigger Fish over grits topped by THE MOST DELICIOUS crayfish cake I've ever put in my face. Only complaint is that, for the price, the beer comes out in tiny plastic cups. I'd venture to guess non of my beers were even 12 fl ounces. Oh well, food was very good though.

We came the day they had a trigger fish special and my husband was hesitant as we had not had trigger fish before but I went for it and it was wonderful! Fish is delicate and sweet. The crawfish gravy and rice along with crab cake on top was excellent!! Good beer also.

Beautiful views across the lake, and the staff, plus service was good. We ordered Haddock. However, the fish served, even though pleasant, was 'Not' Haddock. Having been a fish monger for many years, I know the difference. The fish served had a texture that was immensely delicate and soft. More like basa. Haddock has a tender texture, but is lean and firm..

Marissa was our waitress. OMG SHE WAS THE BOMB.COM. EVERYTHING SHE RECOMMENDED WAS COOKED TO PERFECTION AND HER SERVICE WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD. THANK YOU MARISSA FOR SUCH A LOVELY DINNER...FISH AND CHIPS, FISH TACOS, AND SMOKED CHICKEN WINGS. MARISSA RECOMMENDATION RIGHT DOWN TO THE DESSERT, PEANUT BUTTER PIE. (TO DIE FOR) WAS SPOT ON. Don't miss this place if you're anywhere near the Hernando - Inverness area. Food, view and service are terrific. We go for lunch and take home enough for a yummy dinner.

Had frog legs for the first time and these guys did them justice, utterly delectable. Main course was a seafood boil that was totally amazing, the scallops were sooo good! Yeah, if you pass by here, definitely stop in, food is super fresh and prices are very reasonable. Also, I highly recommend sitting outside, the view is beautiful.

unique little eatery with a great view of the lake. Food was excellent. I had the grouper, great presentation, I thought it look like a small portion, but actually it was very filling and we were well satisfied. We ate in the inside part, but next time my try the beach they have built. And hope to go when they have live music. That could easily update the rating to a 5 star.
