The chicken tenders and the biscuits are AMAZING!!!! When I say it’s the best I’ve ever had, it truly is!!! The tenders are huge and the biscuits are ginormous!! Delicious food and great atmosphere and a town icon!!! Make a lunch date!! You will be a repeat customer!!!

Long time place for great fried chicken done the old way! Went late morning on Saturday and the breakfast crowd was still coming in strong. Sat at the bar due to the waitlist for a table and watched the wait staff rush orders from the kitchen to hungry guests.

First time there this week, and let me tell you that their food is amazingly good, especially their fried chicken. the staff are very friendly and stopped by to chat when possible. Price was reasonable for these times. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

First time at this place. Wait staff is excellent. Very friendly & efficient. Food was very good. I had country fried chicken w/sausage gravy, delicious, a big old hot fresh biscuit & 2 eggs cooked to order, excellent. I opted for the grits but they were a little watery for my taste. Came to $13. Every day is a different all you can eat menu item.

EVERYTHING !!! Where do I begin??? From the "home town" hospitality, delicious cuisine, and come on home feel, I don't know where you could go wrong. There is one thing that is evident for sure, the owner wants to make sure everyone feels at home and appreciated and by everyone I mean not only customers but the staff included!! That is hard to come by these days. Chicken King is somewhere where you can feel free to be yourself while enjoying some amazing, innovative but still down home delicious meals!
