I recently was in the area visiting an old friend and decided to check out this BJ's warehouse club on the way from my visit.I love to eat cereal and they had a good deal on the Cheerios, so I got a box and a few other things. I found the store very similar to the other ones in the South Florida area, what is a bit annoying is that you have to stand in one line to get to the registers...it does not matter if you have one or two items or a cart full....It would be nice to have...read full review

A disaster! Prices = ok.Signs where to find merchandise, = 0.Courtesy = ???Someone should tell the employee's that products will sale by itself. However, Courtesy is the final touch.Basically, within short miles, Costco and other's are available and TLC is what they are lack of and it is what is selling their products. This is the nearest BJs I have. I usually frequent it twice a month. It doesn't matter what day or time I go, there is usually a lot of people shopping too. The only time I've seen it semi empty is when I arrive right when they open. They seem to have high turn over when it comes to staff. When you ask for a product, they don't seem to know about whether the item is in stock or will be in stock. Not the friendliest staff either but I'm not coming for customer service.
