An American breakfast.
We had pancakes, eggs and sausages with an omelette.
All accompanied by a coffee.
The coffees and hot chocolates were good and the dishes were as well.
The quantities are very generous and the coffee is lengthened as desired.
I recommend the breakfast formula with 2 pancakes, 2 eggs and 2 sausages (or bacon).

I just made a purchase for more than $135 online since telephone service in Spanish does not exist although they offer it to you, I was on the line for more than 25 minutes and no one ever spoke to me in Spanish and the phone just hung up automatically. Online it is more complex to place the order because it does not take into account some things that are mentioned to you on the phone, so I feel that it is more comfortable to talk and not write. When my husband arrived to pick up the order, I didn't consider ordering cutlery online so they denied it and we had to take the order without cutlery. It's not right that a restaurant chain as big as this one denies you cutlery or we had to eat like primitives (with our hands). They also didn't take into account that I ordered seven grain toast and what they put was pancakes. A menu full of options and in the end they pack you what they want. If I could put a zero in stars I would be delighted. Terrible service
My family came here and they were supposed to get a refund for their food and never received the money, everytime they call and ask for the manager they say hes busy. Life is too hard out here for people to be stealing hard working money. Shame on yall
Terrible place, bad service. I placed an order through Uber and they sent me rotten food. I called to complain that they had sent me the food in those conditions and they told me that this was Uber's problem, which is not the case. Uber is responsible for making the delivery on time but not for the state of the food, that is the restaurant's responsibility. They told me that they were going to give me a refund, which didn't happen and every time I call they hang up on me, the manager or the owner of the place is the one who should respond because it was disrespectful to send rotten food. I will never order anything from there again. đĄđĄđĄđĄđĄ

Mary is the sweetest! Denny's is very lucky to have her. She really made my day. I was there working and not one time did she rush me. She checked up on my frequently until I was ready to order. We need more people like her in the world.

Second time I have an issue with server Richard (according to the receipt).
The food was very good and tasted fresh. I give the server compliments for asking how my food was. Only issue was that I asked for a simple substitution and it wasn't honored. I brought a coupon for a free everyday slam and he tried to pull a kid's meal discount on me and gave me a little attitude. Please, next time try to make the service right without giving an attitude or get some proper training on how to scan a coupon. Aside from the great food quality and a few instances of good customer service, my visit was not great.

My family and I have been going to this Dennyâs for years, we never had a problem until now. Recently, 10/26/2024, we arrived around 11:30 a party of 10, we were greeted first by a lovely older woman and a young man, they were super kind to try an accommodate our party. When the young man was setting up a table for us thatâs when we hear yelling not only in front of us but to other patrons that were inside already dinning in. There was a server who yelled at the young man âdonât do that Iâm not dealing with thatâ Turns out the yelling server was ours Manuel C was his name. Throughout our ordering time and dinning experience he was clearly in a bad mood he even made a snarky and rude comment when my family member asked for the BeetleJuice burger âit has three pattiesâ who is to question her meal. Next one person order a burger with onion rings but when he brought it out it was with fries he did bring out the onion rings which was okay a small mistake. However, when one member of our party order the Berry Slam the French toast that was made along with the meal the member said it tasted weird we all tried it and agreed. WE DID NOT CALL MANUEL OVER he just appeared storming in asking what was wrong we are no critics so we canât pinpoint exactly what was wrong it just tasted now thinking had some metal taste to it. He simply said rudely âif you donât like it just say thatâ The last straw was when we went to pay, sorry but tips/gratuity is earned with good service and good attitude and attention. Manuel C was no of that, he kept making comments talking to kitchen staff clearly about us, about how he hated to work, and about other slow servers. Nevertheless his action spoke louder at the cash register he proceeded to follow behind us exclaiming that we didnât pay for a meal which we all did as he gave us individual tickets. He exclaimed loudly âthanks for nothing and thanks for the tipâ he clearly did not deserve it for his attitude, treatment of other staff, and publicly berating us in front of other patrons. What was even more embarrassing was that I was praising Dennyâs to my boyfriend who was his first time being at a Dennyâs. Personally I think he discriminated us as our party was teens and young adults. Some of us have work with food and customer service we can understand having a bad day but we donât let that affect our service to customers.
Overall, Manuel C lack attention to customer as he never checked up on us, how to properly treat customers, an attitude check, and how to treat his coworkers. Personally I believe, he should no longer be working if he gonna have that attitude about his job.

Last night was an absolute nightmare at your restaurant. My family and I, a party of 10, were treated with the worst service Iâve ever experienced, and I want to make it clear how unacceptable it was.
First off, we were greeted by a nice hostess and a young boy who were doing their best to accommodate us. But then an older guy who clearly has no idea what customer service means storms over and yells at the young boy about where we should sit. He moves us to another table while complaining the entire time about working weekends, yelling at the staff for being âtoo slow,â and insisting they âdonât know how to do their jobs.â Completely unprofessional.
After 30 minutes of waiting, this rude waiter finally decides to take our order, rushing us the whole time. My sister ordered the Beetlejuice burger, and instead of just taking the order, he makes a snarky comment about the burger having âthree pattiesâ as if he has the right to question what sheâs eating. Then, our food arrives one plate at a time, forcing us all to wait while everyoneâs dishes were getting cold. What kind of service is that?
But the worst part was when my boyfriendâs French toast, from the new Berry Slam breakfast, tasted rotten. We all tried it to make sure if he was the only one that tasted it but the bread tasted old and spoiled. When he politely mentioned this to the waiter, the response was another rude comment: âIf you donât like it, just say that.â Seriously? Thatâs how you handle a complaint?
By the time the kids asked for dessert, we were so disgusted by this guyâs attitude that we just decided to leave without it. Then, when it came to paying, this waiter has the audacity to accuse us of trying to skip out on a bill IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE RESTAURANT, making us look like we were running without paying. Thatâs a complete embarrassment and absolutely unacceptable behavior.
Hereâs a tip for you: Tips are earned, not given. This guyâs attitude, lack of professionalism, and outright disrespect made it clear he deserved nothing. But instead of just moving on, he yells âthanks for nothing and thanks for the tipâ as weâre walking out. Are you kidding me? Youâve got an employee whoâs clearly unhappy with his job, dragging down the whole dining experience.
Someone needs to get a grip on his attitude before another customer does. Iâve been coming to this Dennyâs for years and never had an issue until now. This was completely out of line, and it needs to be dealt with immediately.
Everything very good
