We used Elegant Temptations for our wedding cake vendor - the tasting process was easy and we ultimately opted for a chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling that our guests gave us lots of compliments on!

Overall the cake was mostly inedible. I was directed to this cake shop by the Rusty Pelican. I was looking forward to enjoying my cake-- I brought white roses to the baker. After this experience I will never add real flowers to a cake. The portion of cake that was decorated with flowers ( which was most of it)-- tasted like the flower. It was terrible aftertaste-- what a shame since the cake had potential. The bakery gave me the option to bring real flowers but I never thought this would happen. This was very unfortunate. On my 1 yr anniversary, once defrosted-- we had to throw the top tier away since the flower taste had gotten in to this tier as well.

We were so disappointed with my daughter's wedding cake! We had previously tasted the samples and they were very moist and tasted amazing so we expected nothing less, but we were extremely disappointed with the fact that the cake was sooooo dry and had no flavor. Nothing like the samples that we had tried. We honestly don't care about throwing away almost 1,000 dollars on a cake what hurt us the most was the feeling of disappointment that we were left with on that special night!

I decided to use ET cakes for our wedding cake based on all the amazing reviews I read online. We did the tastings and we went with chocolate for top tier and vanilla rum for the bottom tier. The custom fondant cake they made was incredible and the taste was outstanding! Everyone loved it. The matching color desserts were such a nice addition to our dessert table. Delivery was right on time. Isabel was fantastic to work with and always an email or a call away. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. :-)

UPDATE - based on the owners comment, and their reply to other poor reviews it's clear that they'd rather be dishonest and blame the client than take any responsibility. You would think working with weddings they would have some humanity. - It pains me that I write this 7 weeks before my wedding, without a wedding cake because Isabel lost her temper and patience. We discussed pricing and design for a large order, including my wedding cake. Every question was met with a bothersome email or tone. We agreed to have a serving size of 60+ and when it came down to signing the contract, the cake was $500+ for a 30 serving cake, that could be cut down into small pieces for a serving size of 60+. I replied and asked where the discrepancy came from, to which Isabel called me to tell me that I shouldn't be questioning her, and to go find a cake elsewhere. Not to mention I was also called names such as being a "brat" when I was cordial and patient with this frustrating experience. I would not recommend them directly or through a hotel. Can not believe they did not have the patience to have a professional and kind conversation and instead just dropped me 7 weeks before my wedding.

We had vanilla rum and espresso flavors in our tiered wedding cake and it was AMAZING. We got so many comments about how delicious the cake was and can’t wait to eat the top in a year. The design was very elegant and the bakery was so easy to work with.
Oh my goodness. We could not have been any happier with our cakes. The brides cake and the grooms cake turned out greater than we could have ever imagined. To know that our vision was truly brought to pass from a tasting and a few sketches was amazing. We are from Georgia and had the wedding in Miami... the distance had us a little frightened because we had never used ET Cakes before but we trusted them at our first meeting. They delivered exactly what they promised.. PERFECTION!!!! Our guests were blown away at the details of the designs and the tastes of each layer.... GUAVA, MARBLE, RUM... delicious!!!!

Presentation: Excellent! Our baby girl's 1st birthday cake turned out perfect!!! We couldn't be happier with the experience. Isabel and Rosie were incredibly patient with my anxious state of mind. As a first time mom, and first time throwing a birthday party for a child, I wanted everything to be just right. I sent in a PDF of my idea and the ET team delivered literally and figuratively. When I got extra anxious about potential changes to my idea they sent a designer sketch and honestly that's all I needed from them to calm my nerves. When our masterpiece showed up (on time) we were all blown away.Taste: Classic and Timeless. Honestly, everyone was pleased with the flavor. It remained our parents of "real" cake those were their words.Design: I couldn't have designed it better myself. The theme was "Curious George in Space" and they delivered.I'm so happy, so thankful. This beautiful cake elevated our tiny celebration for a little warrior princess. Thank you to the entire team!!!

Ordered my kids birthday cake and they were absolutely professional and amazing. There is no other place that responds so quickly to enquiry emails and calls. Everything from the order processing to delivery was seamless. And the cake itself looked so beautiful. I ordered an Avengers themed cake but my kid was going back and forth between having Hulk hands on it and we decided not to have it since it cost extra but they put in the age in Hulk themed fondant which I thought was such attention to the customers needs.They are the BEST!!! ❤
