I'm so sad you have closed. My heart hurts. This was THE BEST hummus and pita I've ever had. I have recommended so many people to this place and everyone has said the same thing. I hope that one day you open again.

Driving bye this place ( Sterling rd) for years and never stop, so this week my husband and I, decided to try it. It is not easy to find the entrance of this place,we had to go through a the yard of a local garage. So we go in, the place is small, and did not seem to be too clean,there was a dirty table, no customer, a young waitress behind the counter,so we ordered two falafels plate, and she said there was a wait of 45 minuter for falafels, Really,,..... no,explanation why, the wait that long. So we walked out.

This restaurant is a hidden GEM behind the Gas station near the shopping center. My friend and I were exhausted from traveling in the heat to get to the Old Navy before heading to the airport to catch our flight when we see this place. The food taste like home made food from your great grandma's cooking. The food is well seasoned, vegetarians utopia and the hummus is insanely smooth and flavorful. While we waited for our order they gave us mushrooms with garbanzos and a marinara sauce with a hard boiled egg as an appetizer. Amazing food!! Service was on point and atmosphere was soo welcoming!! Go give the restaurant some love!!!

Haven't came here in a while since Covid but I'm glad I came back! I love their hummus bowls and bread! They have plenty of vegan options which is nice! Everything is made in house fresh daily. The bread is the softest bread ever if you can get more definitely do it lol. They have outdoor seating if you would like to eat there which is nice, other than that you cannot eat inside. I had the vegan shawarma bowl, it tastes just as good as the real thing. I put some of the spicy sauce on it and it was a good kick. Warning that spicy sauce is hot so beware! Definitely will be back again!

The food is extremely bland to almost no taste. There is no flavor to anything that my husband and I ate. The food leaves a terrible after taste in your mouth that you need something else to take the taste out. The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars is because the 2 young ladies were super nice to us. I feel bad giving a restaurant low stars as I know they are trying their best but they need to do better.

I ordered a falafel wrap to go and it was delicious. The location is right off I-95 and the entrance to the plaza is through a gas station which I missed the first time driving to find it. Other than that this place lives up to its Yelp ratings.

I like this place but... they have an open/close schedule that is not consistent with the Jewish holidays and it's hard to tell when they are open.

I ordered delivery from the menu and when i got my food half of my order was replaced without my knowledge. No one even contacted me.
Amazingly fresh hummus! The owner is very nice and personable. I get their hummus at the Miami shores farmers market often and I’ve never been disappointed!

They've changed owner I believe. But ever since they did, the pita bread has REALLY decreased in quality. The falafel too. And they've been missing their amazing red zhoug. I was a regular. 3x a week for a while, but haven't been back since because it went from the best falafel place in South FL to one that doesn't stand out at all. So sad to be missing hummus factory but it'll never be the same.

Unfortunately this place has changed ownership. They've started serving meat and the quality of food has gone down tremendously. I used to love this place but will no longer be visiting. So sad :(
