Pizza was crunchy n just didn’t taste good n I didn’t eat all day so it was supposed to actually taste better then expected terrible pizza

Just came to Marco’s in Hialeah to be greeted with a nice warm smile. I accidentally went to the wrong location and the worker offered to remake it there, to save me a drive. Was super nice and friendly. All thought this is a long drive I will definitely be returning because of the good customer service as well as yummy pizza :)

My first time ordering and it was THE worst pizza I have ever tried. Dry, hardly any sauce, not crispy, and way too many mushrooms on the one side. I'll never go there again.

Great pizza, even better customer service i believe his name was nikolas that took my order over the phone and there was an issue where i made two orders by accident and i called and told him i was sorry if he can cancel the other order i made a accident on and he said no problem got that done right away and i walked in 10 minutes later and my order was already waiting for me very quick efficient and the food was amazing thank you the managers are doing a great job with their workers

I come pretty often i just went on sunday and had the best experience ever. The young man with the glasses he told me he was one of the managers he made my order perfect. I ordered 3 Xl pizzas cheesy bread and some drinks it was cooked perfectly, best pizza i have had in a very long time. His customer service was amazing helped me out with what i wanted to order and was very polite. I will be coming more than i do he made my experience very delightful thank you.

I come here all the time and I have to say, the only person that makes my order right is Nick ❤️‍🔥 He not only makes amazing food but takes care of the customers like they’re family. Genuinely love walking in to see it’s him on shift. Shout out to Nick my food tonight was fire (we devoured) thank you!!!

First tasted this pizza at work. Ordered over the original papa John’s. Everything was great until it left the store for delivery. Took so long I called and found they use door dash. Location was .4 away and took 40 minutes to arrive. The guy road past me and I had to walk back to the shop. Bad service once it left the restaurant.

Marcos is the best of the pizzas you can order. Yes better than Pizza Hut, better than Papa and please don't buy Dominoes... Lol.

I don’t remember her name around 2pm on Sunday sep 8th I got this thin weld one veg pizza it was so delicious my mom loved it 🥰 just before flying to home nation. We are sorry I will be next time there didn’t tip her we’re so hurry to catch the flight. Front desk lady gave few 6 paper plates tissue and all what we need but one thin is no ranch I think we need to add to the list when you are ordering. She’s working hard both at front desk and making crust delicious pizzas 🍕 and finally 12” pizza is 18$
