Hialeah. Buy 10 empanadas with cheese and 5 with meat, to take away. When I got home they asked me where the cheese ones were. They delivered all the meat empanadas to me. This is in addition to other cases like when I bought by phone and they told me it would be in 20 minutes. I arrived in 30 minutes and had to wait more than 15 minutes. Or the opportunity that I also bought by phone and when I arrived they told me that “there was no order in my name”, and after a while they found the order and I had to wait. Is all this service? Is it really worth coming back?

The food is super delicious! The attention of the girl who is at the cashier and makes the drinks is excellent, but I think there should be 2 people in front since if it is very full she can't give enough no matter what... and because of that the times are expected to be extended... Otherwise everything is super good!!!!
Ordered for pickup. Empanadas were delicious. The Arepa Rita wasn’t the best. Meat was hard. But everything else was amazing.

This morning, terrible customer service, super slow employees, after almost 50 minutes of placing my order I had to stop to order it and it was already ready at the end I even had to eat COLD because it had been ready for a while and they didn't serve people takeaway, only people eat there, that's pathetic

Without a doubt the best option if what you are looking for is a breakfast with authentic Venezuelan flavor. Incredible attention. Today we had the opportunity to visit the Hialeah headquarters and we loved it, the place is spacious, clean and the smell is divine. Many successes.
