Restaurant closed at 8pm. Google Maps said 11pm. They messed up. Sorry but I had 5 hungry people and I have to give a bad review because that wasted our time.
Great food but bad customer service. Out of every 3 attempts to order you mite get through 1 time. Depending who answers

Poor customer service nobody would acknowledge that I was standing in line then when my food was being prepared the cook was stuffing his face with food, that’s pretty disgusting. I almost asked for my money back. I hope the sandwich is delicious.

They take forever to get your order done. Even if the place is empty.
Forever to even go through the process of charging you.
Now let’s talk about prices… $7+ for an orange juice and see the size of it OMG! I bet the owner has no idea how this place is managed.

Staff needs customer service training, they are very rude and coffee is overpriced and cold. Disappointing.

I enjoyed Cuban espresso and chicken soup. The cashier smiled at me when I tried to order in Spanish. It was kind.
16 dollars for the most dryed out sandwich you've ever had

This Sergio’s location was not like any of the actual Sergio’s restaurants location. They are located in a Walmart Super-center. They charge the same prices with lower quality of customer satisfaction. Ordered a sandwich with scrambled eggs and bacon, which I thought would be on Cuban bread since this is a Cuban restaurant and they served it on a small burger bun. This was appalling. When I went to question them asking why the sandwich wasn’t made on Cuban bread I was told this is the bread they use for a sandwich. They didn’t even offer to remake it after paying for a whole meal for this tiny burger bun egg cheese and bacon. I would have better gone to Burger King and buy their 2 for $5 breakfast sandwich special. Very disappointed at this Sergio’s location.
